Building Work

M & L Preparation of old surfaces of walls, plastered or un-plastered by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, removing all vegetation growth and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on old white washed surfaces of walls complete all as specified.

All as per item no 01 above but on Ceiling Surface,Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls by scraping the surfaces, brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, mould, mass and efflorescence salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of Acrylic washable distemper on wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces by filling cracks/holes with white putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling, cornices etc and applying one coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper incl primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated plastered or un plastered wall surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Acrylic washable distemper over a coat of primer , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old painted wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth and making good including knotting and stopping,cleaning etc complete by necessary putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old painted steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and making good with & including by necessary red lead putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old prepared surfaces of steel complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete to ground floor(unreinforced) and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish of out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of ceiling rose 3 terminals, PVC/polycarbonate/bakelite, isolated body 230 volts AC, 50 Hz complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of electric call bell ding dong type suitable for 230 volts, single phase AC supply all as specified.

S&F in replacement of LED bulk head light fittings of capacity 10 W weather proof, anti corrosion wall/ceiling mounted opel colour decorative, round/oval shape with PC cover including 3 core conductor cable for connection complete with all accessories all as specified. make: bajaj/philips/crompton/wipro

S&F in replacement of LED wall light fittings 6/7 watt, 230 volts AC, indoor type made up of polycarbonate complete with lamp holder , LED lamp 6/7 watts, 4000 K, LED driver, connector block pre wired with all accessories all as specified.

S&F in replacement of MCBs, SP, 6-32 Amps, 230 volts,10 kA rupturing capacity, C curve type complete all as specified.

M&L for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and including GI wire 4 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to main switch board /panel/ test point at the other including watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 20 mm GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified.
