One time Servicing & Repairing of Fire Fighting System (before starting AMC) installed at CSIR-IICB Salt Lake Campus comprising of major equipment (As per Annexure 3 of List of existing items). 1.The job includes Servicing, overhauling of all pumps & motors as per site requirements. 2.The job includes servicing of all type of valves, repairing of leakage, making smooth for effective operation. 3.The job includes servicing, inspection and calibration of all type of Pressure gauges, Pressure Switches and other related accessories and replacements of these items if found faulty. 4.Servicing of Electrical Control panel and Battery Charger circuit for DG Set batteries and replacement of its faulty components. 5. The job also includes servicing and repairing of all. Fire Hydrant Box, Fire Doors including replacement of broken glasses of glass door and hydrant boxes, and supply of 63mm dia., 15 mtr. Length Reinforced Rubber lined Fire Fighting Hose pipe with metal Coupling. 6. Supply of 10 nos. 63mm dia., 15 mtrs. Length Reinforced Rubber lined Fire Fighting Hose pipe with metal Coupling suitable for existing Fire hydrants.

One time Servicing & maintenance of Kirloskar make 58 KW Diesel Engine comprising of following jobs. 1. Servicing of 58 KW Fire Fighting Diesel Engine including supply and replacement of Lubricating oil (Grade-15W 40, 15 Ltrs.), Coolant (5ltrs.), Lub. oil filters (2nos.), Fuel filter (1 Set), air filter (1 no.), Electrical Engine Start Key Switch (1 no.), Fan belts (2nos.) and other accessories like Oil pressure hose, clamps etc as required. 2. Supply and replacements of 2 nos. 150 AH, 12V Batteries Suitable for DG set application. Batteries should have minimum Three Years warranty. 3. Servicing of 1 no. Fuel Tank (Approx. 200 Ltrs. Capacity) for Fire Fighting Diesel Engine including painting and repairing of leakage.
