M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including cornices, pilasters etc including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) ofceiling including cornices, pilasters etc including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or un plastered surface of walls, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot , moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including all necessary scaffolding and applying Two coat of cement base paint (white or tinted ) upto 5 storey buildings complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or un plastered surface of walls, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot , moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including all necessary scaffolding and applying One coat cement base paint (white or tinted ) upto 5 storey buildings complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old acrylic surfaces of walls/ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots, washing down with water, filling of cracks with Dr fixit crack filler or equivalent make and applying one coat of 100% antifungal acrylic paint of approved shade including necessary scaffolding work etc upto 6 storey buildings complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and thereafter applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and thereafter applying with roller one coat of oil bound distemper including wherever necessary filling of nail holes/ inequalities with 3mm Putty for smooth finish.etc complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of Old surface of wall by filling cracks by fill paste of Asian or equivalent make as approved by GE , removing loose paint etc ,removing nails etc and making good surface by applying 3mm of white birla / JK wall care putty or equivalent in complete area ,smoothen surface by sand paper and applying two coat of Royale of asian or equivalent over coat of primer. complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old wooden painted surfaces including preparation of surfaces of any description not otherwise descriped over 10 cm width or grith complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel painted surfaces including preparation of surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.
