Supply and fixing of 15 Watts B22 base LED Lamp of approved make having two years warranty.

Dismantling of light point, fan points, submain wiring and all electrical accessories including M.S. main board, D B, main switch board, light points, PVC pipes etc and making good the surface,plastering and painting the patch work to maintain the shade etc, complete as required and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing of Wall mounted fan of 400 mm sweep with speed of minimum 1350 rpm of make Crompton model SDX Black Gold or equivalent in Havells, Orient as approved by Engineer in Charge.
