2.50cm thick grading concrete with CC(1:2:2) using 6mm BHG(CB) chips etc complete

6mm thick Cement plaster (1:4) to R.C.C.surface finished smooth including closed deep chipping and slurry treatment curing etc. complete.

Supply,Fitting & Fixing of M.S. angle framed Doors & Window with Grill as per approved design & specification complete.

Fixing tiles in floors, treads or steps and landing over 25mm bed of C:M (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including the cost of pre-cast tiles

Fixing tiles in dados, skirting and risers of steps on 12mm C:P (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles

Wall painting 2coats with plastic emulsion paint of any approved paint including all cost of paint complete.

Provision facility for Electric installation and other unforseen items, etc

Painting two coats with weather seal coat over a coat of water bound wall primer

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in handle railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 30mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90m C/C and Stainless Steel square bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x2mm in 3rows in stair case as per approved design and specification , Buffing, polishing etc with all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials , labour, T & P etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charage.

Supplying & Installation of Concrete Seating Bench OF 4Ft Length all complete as directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Painting 2-coats with enamel paint over One coat of primer including cost of paint & primer
