The tenderer shall note that before quoting his unit rate, all items of works shall be executed in high rise building (16th floor building) & including provision of necessary scaffolding & safety measures. (a) Uniform for all deployed staff in duty supervisor as approved by GE. (b) Functional tools & plants shall be carried by tradesman all time for attending any site. (c) Necessary ladder if reqd / cloth or any other material reqd. (d) Safety eqpt to be carried all time. (e) Scaffolding wherever reqd deemed to be included in quoted rates. (g) A team will consist of 01 plumber alongwith helper. (h) Reduction of team can be done only with written permission of concern AGE. (j) In case of non-adherence of any of above fine/ penalty to be carried as under:- (i) 1st Time - Rs 200/- (ii) 2nd Time - Rs 500/- (iii) 3rd Time - Warning to contractor. (k) In case of 3 warning to contractor, it will be reflected in WLR for slow progress. (j) Complaint registered upto 11:00 AM & emergency complaint to be attended same day and issues will be resolved within 24 hours.

Supplying and laying in repairs of CPVC 20 mm pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11/ (including special fittings if any i.e. Brass elbow, Brass Tee, Male threaded brass adaptor, Female threaded brass adaptor etc) fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required, superficial area of the cutting n.exc 150 sqm complete complete as specified and directed.

S&F PVC connection 15mm dia and 45/60 cm long with 2 Nos PTMT nuts, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair white rectangular PVC water storage tanks (Loft tank) of capacity following sizes including 20 mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for inron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 210 grms ) including fixing 03 Nos tank nipples of GI with washer for out let and inlet all as per manufacturers instructions including disconnecting service connections/over flow pipes and removing old tank to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC profile suitable for PVC Loft tank of capacity following sizes including fixing aluminium channel around the profile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for framed brackets of angles, joist, channel, angle or tee sections fixed independently without connecting plates ect cut to shape (cut to ordinary length i.e within 20mm of the length indicated) drilled and cuntersunk for screws, including bending and welding as necessary, confirming to fe-410-0 or fe 310-0 including removing of old brackets and remove to store and making good, painted or distempered finish complete as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing in repairs 15mm bore brass float valve flat type, high pressure with polythene float & fly nut complete, screwed for GI pipe including necessary GI fittings complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed ,with suitable fittings fixed new line and in position complete all as specified .

M&L for 300 X 450 X 7mm thick coloured glazed ceramic tiles as in vertical surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement match to existing surface ,over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of loft tanks of following capacities n. exc 300 ltrsin existing position by removing out the residual water from the tank, removing dirt, cleaning the internal surfaces of the tank with high pressure controlled water jet pump by using different nozzles as per requirement. After sucking out entire moss and algae by wet vaccume pump, wash the tank with clean drinking water tank cleaning solution on all internal surfaces, then cleaning the bottom surface of the tank with vaccume pump to make it dry and providing sticker showing the date of cleaning completely all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete pipes 75/100 mm (internal dia of pipe) jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches if required & & ht. upto 16th floor of bldg., complete all as specified.

Attending the complaints of air lock of GI pipes during supply hours (In early morning @ 6.00AM) & by taking down GI pipes / by using pressure pump in pipe where air lock occurred & resolve the complaint . After water air lock open,refix the GI pipe in the same location, complete all as specified.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes of any dia (any size or pattern ) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks etc (Measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories), complete all as specified.
