Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern as in valley hotter attached to roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings as directed by Engineer in charge as in floor or roof complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. including Dismantling of existing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminiun zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with J hooks including self-tapping screws and self-drilling screws of appropriate size with rubber washer for water tight fixing in roof complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brickwork with flyash bricks of modular size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 to be finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced of any description above roof slab (I,e as in padding copings etc ) including disposal of old materials to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing waterproofing treatment complete of any description from brick or RCC wall and RCC slab by scrapping including removal of rubbish where directed to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

M & L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using12.5mm graded stone aggregates in cm 1:4 with using water proofing compound as in roof padding to receive the topping layers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings and other work including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on faire faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (top of roof) in cement motor 1:3 without using extra cement finished even and smooth with using water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rain water pipe of any size and description including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm dia fixed to wall or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Stack clamp out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round ion stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 100/110mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing Min 3 mm thick APP modified membrane in repairs over (Inaccessible) RCC roof with the following specifications: - (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 lit/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with a density of 0.87 -0.89 Kg/Lit at 25 Degree Centigrade on the prepared dry roof surface. (c) Providing and Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non-woven polyster matt with physical properties as under: - (i) Membrane weight >3.6 Kg/Sqm . (ii) Net woven polyster weight >160 gm/Sqm (iii) Softening point of membrane > 150o C (iv) Joint Tensile strength Longitudinal > 650 Sq Cm at 230o C & Transverse > 450/ Sq cm (v) Tear strength - Longitudinal > 300 N & Transverse > 250 N Direction (vi) Elongation > 30 % (vii) Impermeability under water pressure > 3 Kg/Sq cm (d) Over the membrane provide a finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane. Note: - APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10 cm side overlap and 15 cm end lap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane.

M & L for Mild steel sheet having thickness 1.0 mm eaves gutters, galvanised class 3, half round with rounded edges of 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick, stone wall or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) in two layer (10+5) mixed with PD Proof 101 LW(+) integral WP admixer @ 200 ml/bag of cement over two coats of super latex 302 in the ration 1:4:7 (one part super latex 302, 4 part sand and 7 part cement )@ 1.50 Kg of homogenous mixture per Sqm in two coats and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: - PD proof 101 LW (+) and super latex 302 shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only PD proof 101 LW (+) of approved makes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Super latex 302 of approved makes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Filling cracks by cutting ‘V' groove cracks of internal and external plaster of wall ceiling /chajjas all along the racks up to 10 mm and remove the loose plaster /concrete by suitable tools, filling cracks with crack paste compound and apply the second coat after 10-12 hrs of application of first coat and external application must be coated with paint including necessary scaffolding of any height of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Angles (internal or external) or nozzle pieces (Out lets) of 150 mm dia madeup of 1.0 mm thickness sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Stop ends (for spigot or socket ends) of 150 mm dia made up of 1.0 mm thickness sheet complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation old steel and iron surface not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paints complete all as specified and directed.
