Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white/coloured fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVCprofile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers,plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc.Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion weldedat all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusionwelded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Material shall be termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof, and fire retardant. Fixed in position with MS holdfast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required size, including 25×6 mm holdfasts (200 mm long) with PCC 1:2:4, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S&F Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) door frame of cross-section 90 mm × 45 mm with single rebate of 32 mm × 15 mm suitable for receiving a 30 mm thick shutter. The frame shall consist of a 2 mm thick FRP laminate manufactured using fire-resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped strand mat, moulded to shape. All three legs of the frame shall be filled with suitable wooden blocks, and the entire surface shall be fully covered with fiberglass laminate.M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom of the frame for stability during installation,Complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour, approved brand and manufacturer. The shutter shall be made of fire-retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for hollow rails and styles, with a wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood at required locations for fixing fittings. Panels shall be cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate, conforming to IS: 14856. Includes fixing to door frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Second Class Hardwood (H.W.) plain solid straight chowkats & frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered edges, put together with glue and pinned at joints, complete as per standard practice and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for waterproofing treatment to sunken slabs, floors, walls, etc., including surface preparation, application of waterproofing compound/coating as per specifications, and curing,ponding test carried out as specified below and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge a) Cleaning of sunken portions of toilets, baths, WC, kitchen, etc., thoroughly to remove laitance, dirt, debris, and other loose material. b) Forming angle fillet of size 40 mm × 40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer-modified mortar (e.g., Dr. Fixit or Pidicrete URP or equivalent), including surface preparation and finishing c) Sealing sanitary pipes entering through walls and floors using Dr. Fixit Bath Seal tape and grouting gaps with non-shrink cementitious grout (Dr. Fixit Bath Seal Grout or equivalent). Includes fitting Nahani traps securely and grouting all gaps around them, complete. d) Application of bitumen-modified polymer coating (Dr. Fixit Bath Seal Plus or equivalent) on all angle fillets apply one coat by brush While wet, cover with 100 mm open woven mesh apply second coat after first coat dries Complete

e) Waterproofing remaining areas on dry substrate apply first coat of bitumen-modified polymer coating (Dr. Fixit Bath Seal Plus or equivalent) by brush.apply second coat after first coat dries.Extend coating up to 150 mm above Finished Floor Level (FFL).Apply cementitious waterproofing coating (Dr. Fixit Pidifin 2K or equivalent), allow 6–8 hours, then apply second coat.Allow complete drying as specified. f) Overlay sunken portion after 2–3 days with 50 mm thick concrete screed, 1:3:6 mix (Type B0) mixed with integral WPC liquid, laid to slope 1:60 towards the outer wall face.Provide 40 mm OD CPVC pipe at the lowest point, projecting 600 mm beyond the outer wall face.Fill sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 Type E2 (will be paid separately under its relevant BOQ item) g) Sunken portion to be tested for 72 hours for water tightness then only flooring work can be started. Cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. Note : All the material involved in sunken treatment shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 mm × 350 mm × 7 mm thick, fixed on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, etc.; set and jointed in white cement to match; including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for granite (of any type) work, 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished), used in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and similar locations; laid in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement (1:2) with marble dust and pigment to match the shade of the granite; including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mirror-polished, machine-cut Kota stone slab flooring at staircase tread and mid-landing, 20–25 mm thick, laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6); jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab; including rubbing, finishing and mirror polishing complete, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
