Annual Maintenance Contract of Electrical and Mechanical Installations of Operational Area at Kishangarh Airport, Ajmer. (Year 2022-23 and 2023-24)

Operation and Maintenance of Electrical and mechanical installations installed in operational Area, Technical block cum Fire Station including attending the complaints/ faults/ breakdowns, ensuring serviceability and satisfactory working condition of the system,arrangement for transportation of material & manpower, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining the records/ documentation etc. as per special conditions of contract by deploying minimum manpower as per Table-A of Special Conditions of Contract clause 12 (vii).

Maintenance of Fire Detection & Alarm System, Fire fighting system, Gas Suppression System etc. of Terminal Building, Technical block cum Fire Station, Nav-Aids unit, Sub-Station, admin block, including attending the complaints/ faults/ breakdowns, ensuring serviceability and satisfactory working condition of the system, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining the records/ documentation etc. as per special conditions of contract by deploying minimum manpower as per Table-B of Special Conditions of Contract clause 12 (vii).

Servicing of Airfield Lighting Control & Monitoring System (Make-Electro Systems) of GLF system from manufacturer or authorised service dealer, including making the system in serviceable condition complete as per site requirement.

Repairing/ re-programming of PLC relay installed in CCR by OEM including to & fro from Kishangarh Airport.

Re-programming of existing ALCMS system for systematic improvement of Airfield Ground Lighting System( Runway, Taxi lights etc.) by OEM i.e. M/s Electro System.

Servicing of Constant Current Regulators of capacity up to 20 KW (Make-Hind Rectifier) of GLF system from manufacturer or authorised service dealer and making the system in healthy condition complete as per site requirement.(as & when required)

Repairing of defective main control card of CCR (capacity of 04KW to 20 KW) by OEM i.e. M/s Hind Rectifires including transportation charges to and fro from Kishangarh Airport.

Calibration of clinometer by OEM i.e AMA India Pvt. Ltd. i/c to & fro from Kishangarh airport, repair/ replacement of faulty parts and submission of calibration report etc complete as required.

Carriying out the B-check maintenance of Fire Engine of capacity 69.1 KW, (Make-Greaves Cotton Ltd, Model- 4G11T) from manufacturer or authorized dealer of manufacturer i/c supply of B-check kit ( B-Check kit includes Lube Oil 20 Ltr, Lube Oil Filter, Fuel Filter Set, Coolant 10 Ltr Pack, Tappet Cover Gasket, Anabond, Air Filter, Hoses, Washers & Fuel Pipes) and submission of report etc. complete as required. Servicing of Fire engine capacity of 69.1 KW, Make- Greaves Cotton from OEM or authorized service dealer on quarterly basis and to attend breakdown maintenance (as & when required) including submission of report etc. complete as per site requirement. (One job for three Months)

Painting of Electrical & Mechnical installations/ equipments, including cleaning the surface and two coats of SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT of make (Asian / Berger), required colour as decided by EIC, including rewritting the identification of the installation/equipment, protecting and covering the electrical accessories during painting and removing after work is over etc., as and when required.

‘Carrying out/ Making in-field measurement of intensity, beam spread, orientation, chromaticity, one time field alignment setting, for elevated type approach, Runway edge, Runway End, Runway Threshold lights and PAPI lights installed at Kishangarh Airport as per details attached herewith (as Annexure-A), by using vehicle mounted Mobile Testing Equipment system, frame Reader, submission of test reports etc. as per requirement of ICAO/ Civil Aviation Requirement (CAR) Section-4 Aerodrome Standard & Licensing, Series ‘B’, Part-I, etc. complete as required.

Overhauling & servicing of 3 phase, 75 HP induction motor of fire hydrant/ sprinkler system including dismantling from the existing location, transporting upto the workshop and reinstallation of the motor after repair/ rewinding alongwith all other necessary spare parts as required. Make/Model:- Crompton Greaves Ltd/NADT4A)

Overhauling & servicing of 3 phase, 12.5 HP induction motor of fire hydrant/ sprinkler system, including dismantling from the existing location, transporting upto the workshop and reinstallation of the motor after repair/ rewinding alongwith all other necessary spare parts as required. (Make/Model:- Crompton Greaves Ltd/1922J)

Servicing & overhauling of fire hydrant/sprinkler pump, suitable for 3 phase, 75HP induction motor, Q-136 m3/h, 75 H m , 1475/1500 RPM, including replacement of bearing and other spares complete as required. (Make/Type:- WILO Mather and Platt Pumps Pvt Ltd/SCP 100-410 DS)

Servicing & overhauling of jockey pump, suitable for 12.5 HP 3 phase induction motor, Q-10.80 m3/h, 75 H m , 2910 RPM, including grease and other spares complete as required. (Make/Type:- WILO Mather and Platt Pumps Pvt Ltd/RN 32x4 CHRS)

CPWD- DSR 2022 (E&M) items amounting to Rs 2,00,000/-. Note: (i) The rate for this item has to be quoted carefully. (ii) The guidelines for quoting the rate for this item is mentioned in Clause-24 (c) of Guidance to Tenderer at Page No-14.
