Rendering essential services for manning and operation of chilled water type central AC Plant at Mag No 06, NAD round the clock for three shifts (0600 hrs to 1400 Hrs, 1400 Hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) for all seven days in a week including Sundays and Holidays by one Skilled Operator per shift including operation of connected items such as main switch, starter, changeover switch, MCCB, Voltmeter, Ammeter, panel board, Air handling unit, cooling tower, condenser water pump, valve system, controlling condenser, refrigerant line, adjusting expansion valve, refrigerant valve, bypass valve, daily checking leakage, checking noise, controlling temperature, humidity, water level in cooling tower, daily maintenance of plant, cleaning etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1 here in before but AC Plant at APRE-2, NAD for three shifts ( 0600 hrs to 1400 Hrs, 1400 Hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1 here in before but AC Plant at Mag No.01 & 02 NAD for three shifts (0600 hrs to 1400 Hrs, 1400 Hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1 here in before but AC Plant at Kiran store ,MO Goa for two shifts (from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) excludig Sunday complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1 here in before but AC Plant at KV store ,MO Goa for one shift (from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs) excluding sunday complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for Item Nos 1 to 5:- (a) Duty roster to be prepared in triplicate for every month. (b) Daily maintenance all as per manufacturer's instruction including greasing, lubricating etc shall be carried out and the unit rates against the item shall be deemed to include the cost of items required for daily maintenance of minor nature except given herein after. (c) Log sheet of each installations shall be maintained separately and shall be signed by operator including daily running hours and maintenance carried out, consumption of grease, lubricants, DHPP etc shall be maintained by the contractor in the installation and same will be checked by contractor and the Engineer-in-Charge periodically and daily by JE. (d) Cleaning of the cooling coil, tower, AHU, Complete cleaning of all parts with brush, washing powder, refit all parts after cleaning. The cleaning shall be carried out twice in whole contract period as directed. The same shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (e) The contractor is responsible for safe custody of AC plant. (f) The contractor have to provide two proper uniforms and safety shoes to the operator without any extra cost to the department. (g) The operator is responsible for operate the Gen set of AC plant during interruption of current and daily maintenance of DG set and rate quoted is deemed to be included.

(h)The contractor will be whole responsible if operator founf absent during shift,payment will not be made /paid for the shift if the plant /Installtion is running. In case of failure due to absence of operative staff, the contractor shall be liable to pay compensation at twice the cost of a day’s manning and operation derived from pro rata of Sch ‘A’/BOQ quoted rates or Rs 1000/-per shift per Operator whichever is higher (J) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes ,cess, levies etc as applicable including GST (K) The prevailing rate,wage,contribution etc shall be as applicable as on the bid submission end date. (l) In view of COVID-19 alerts various restrictive instructions issued concerned authorities from time to time. Hence additional precautions essential for the work shall be taken by the contractor by way of provisioning of masks, hand sanitizers, gloves etc to workmen and all local instructions issued by the Concerned Authorities and Station Authorities shall be complied with all relevant safety precautions covered under Model Rules for the protection of health and sanitary arrangement for workmen (Annexure ‘C’) of IAFW-2249) shall be strictly followed. Nothing extra is admissible on this account

(m) The contractor shall also deploy additional man power as relief against weekly off,leave,holidays etc all as per existing Labour Act and shall substitute the operator accordingly for which no extra payment admissible. The unit rate quoted against items in Schedule ‘A’/BOQ shall be inclusive of this provision also. (n) The contractor shall pay the wages to the operator through e-payment i.e Aadhar linked bank accounts and Credit to their bank account. The wages shall not be less than prevailing minimum wages fixed by state Govt or central Govt whichever is more. (o) It is responsibility of contractor to deposit the employees provident fund (EPF) to the concerned authority as per the prevailing scales as laid down by the Ministry of labour for all Electrician/operator/helper (as applicable) and necessary proof to this regard shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge for verification and records. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included of above provisions. In case contractor fails to produce the proof of EPF, he shall be liable for action as deemed fit. Decision of GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (p) The contractor shall maintain all the registers under various labour law rules, 2017 and shall be produced to GE and as well as officers detailed by labour department.
