Attending repair works to 25 Ton ELL Mukand Crane (No. 3) (Sl. No. 12158) at Haddo wharf for replacement of ball bearings (SKF 6226) - 04 Nos. fitted with the A-Frame Pulleys (02 Nos.) at the height of 15 m to 30 m from Wharf level as per the direction of EIC including cost of 04 Nos. Ball Bearings (SKF 6226), fabrication of suitable working platform fabricated out of MS Plate, MS Angle, MS Channel, MS Pipes etc. with suitable arrangement, removal of wire ropes from pulleys, dismantling the pulleys from A-Frame, checking the pins & pulleys and attending lathe works if required, re-assembling of the pulleys after fitment of bearings at its original position, test checking for the performance of the pulleys after the completion of the repair/replacement works, cost of gas such as Oxygen cylinder, Acetylene cylinder, welding electrodes, arc & gas welding equipments, chain pulley blocks, Jacks, D-Shackles, PP Ropes, wire slings, cost of minor & major tools required as per the site conditions, cost of labour charges, port dues, safety equipments, safety belts, safety helmets, gloves, GST, insurance, transportation charges upto worksite etc. excluding the cost of MS Plates, MS Angles, MS Channels, MS Pipes of available sizes at site, machineries such as mobile crane, forklifts, JLG which would be provided by the department on free of cost as per the availability. The repair works are to be attended at a height of 15 - 30 m (approx.) from ground level.
