M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick CM (1:6) on fair faces in two layers of concrete surfaces of wall , finshing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for prep of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of OBDover a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed complete.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick CM (1:4) in two layers on fair faces of concrete surfaces of walls mixed with LWPC by weight of cement as per manufacturers instruction , finshing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete.(Note : LWPC measured and paid separately)

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for Virified Ceramic light shade tiles 7 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl screed bed with CM (1:6) 15mm thick for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.
