Design, Manufacture, Erection and Commissioning of Pit Puzzle Car Parking system (Pit 2 Level +Stilt 2 Levels) as per the architectural drawing. Automated puzzle car parking system is facilitated to accommodate 26 cars and the system is fully independent parking system operated and controlled by a Programmable Logic Control system with estimated shortest retrieval time of 180 seconds with proper security measures all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as Units directed by the departmental officers.

Automation 29.1 System sultability-ABB/Siemens/Mitsubishi/Snider/any standard/Make PLC is used for this Project. The automation system will be suitable (for acquiring data / information from various systems / sub systems and process them to execute the functions required whenever necessary 29.2 Safety of Automation Equipment - The level of automation will satisfy the requirements of the promised specification for the car parking system like human interface, tracking of car, choice of least time for parking and retrieval. Entry of Unauthorized Personare restricted by Providing Suitable Barricade, Emergency Push Button is provided near all lifts to stop the entire operation during Emergency. 29.3 PLC CPU - CPU of ABB / Siemens/ Mitsubishi/Snider / any standard Make Model no Simatic 1513, Higher end, with adequate capacity with additional memory space is considered for future requirement. 29.4 Control Panel - Rittal make Control panels are used for PLC and Remote I0 Panels. 29.5 Layout and Cabling - To suit Layout as per the requirement 29.6 Panel Earthing - Client Scope 29.7 Lighting and Ventilation - Client Scope
Quality 30.1 Quality in Raw Material - Quality control procedure is prepared and adopted while receiving raw materials from suppliers. 30.2 Quality in Production - Each and every products manufactured are undergoing inspection by a qualified inspector and based on the report, product will be delivered for erection. 30.3 Quality in Erection - Inspection is carried out during erection stage by stage and only after confirmation next stage of erection is followed.
Civil Foundation 31.1 Type of foundation - Will be designed according to the soil report given by the client 31.2 Foundation Design - Will be incorporated as per layout requirement 31.3 Design Load Calculation for Foundation - Will be given for the finalized design, to decide the foundation type. 31.4 Scope of work for civil foundation - The scope is on the client side.
Cladding 32.1 Type of cladding - Will be designed by client as per layout requirement. Car parking vendor shall provide basic provision on their structure to fix the Cladding on their structure
Fire Fighting Equipment 33.1 Design of System - We shall provide the adequate design for firefighting as per standards and provide layout for the same. 33. 2 Scope of installation of fire fighting is on clent scope.
Painting 34.1 Scope - Painting is applicable to all structural items, mechanical, car platforms, etc. Under the bureau of Indian standards. 34.2 Painting - Painting will be applied to all carbon steel surfaces exposed to the atmospheric action after surface preparation. 34.3 Surface Preparation - Coating performance is in general, proportional to degree of surface preparation. The surface preparation will be such as to clean the surface thoroughly, that is removal of all extraneous materials from the raw surface to receive the paint directly. All surfaces will be cleaned of loose substances such as dust, mill scale, oil, welding slag etc. Then the surfaces will be prepared to the required quality level by further processing to permit rigid anchoring of the prime coat. 34.4 Levels of Painting and finish - One coat of primer and two coats of final painting will be applied. Metallic for Structures and MRF/ Any standard make for Equipment is used for this Project. 34.5 Method of Painting - Manual by painting brush / spray painting.
