Maintenance and servicing to DG set once in a three month including attending faults on call basis for normal repairs including replacement of defective and worn out minor filters gaskets, V- belts, Engine oil, rubber hoses, worm drive clamps, nuts, bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and attending faults of AMF panels etc, tappet settings if required and greasing of bearings of engine and alternator, checking of batteries, applying petroleum jelly to battery tereminals, adding distilled water checking the oil, coolent levels Auto Manual functions, contact points , timers of capacity 500 KVA DG set installed at Auditoriun Infantry School, Mhow complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Note:- (i) Spares required for maintenance shall be measured and paid seprately under relevant items. (ii) Servicing shall be carried out as per Manufacturer’s specifications/ instructions (iii) The work of maintenance shalll be carried out through respective authorized dealer/ Highly skill operator/ Mechanic and electrician whose certificate shall be produced to Engineer - in - charge. (iv) Proper record & test results of the DG Set shall be maintained as directed. (v) Work shall be carried out at site at different location

The copper pipe should be of solid drawn seamless deoxidised, un-arsenical, half hard, tempered and of degreased material conforming to BS-EN 1057/13348, of copper pipe with colour coded etc all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply, laying of 12 OD, 0.9mm thickness copper pipes for Medical Gases, complete with elbows, flanges, specials, others fittings, and steel supports. The copper pipe should be of solid drawn seamless deoxidised, un-arsenical, half hard, tempered and of degreased material conforming to BS-EN 1057/13348, of copper pipe with colour coded etc all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Oxygen outlets/oxygen shutter type specific for the services indicated to accept only compatible quick connect Geometric Index type steel adapters as HTM/NFPA standard as as required and specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Oxygen flow meters with mask made from brass, chrome plated, back pressure compensated type having housing of Polycarbonate autoclavable reusable flow range 0-15 LPM, fitted with matching adopter for oxygen outlet point and humidifier shall be compatible with Flowmeter and reusable and as per specifications and as required with suitable steel adopter etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Isolation valves 22mm ball valves, with stainless steel balls and PTFE or Teflon seals. Suitable for a working pressure of 10.2 Kg/cm² gauge, Valves fitted into the pipeline by means of capillary hard soldered joints containing silver, open/close with help of handle with rotation of 90 degree etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Isolation valves 15mm ball valves, with stainless steel balls and PTFE or Teflon seals. Supply and fix Vacuum outlets gas specific for the services indicated to accept only compatible quick connect Geometric Index type etc all specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Vacuum Jar with rubber tubings complete with regulator capable of controlling vacuum between 0 to 760 mm Hg and Polycarbonate autoclavable reusable type receiver jar of not less 600 ml, Vacuum regulator with dial gauge, on/off switch, valve control knob and as per specifications and as required, suitable steel adopter etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
