Delinator Round

Delineator (Round) made up of Mild Steel having shape Cylindrical with inbuilt light source for night and one top and one bottom cap for covering of tube should be provided to Delineator alongwith protective steel mesh of size 35x35mm on top. Highly visible reflective Tape should be fixed on Delineator. Delineator should be easily movable and fixture to be provided. Size of the Delineator should be 750mm Height having body diameter 70mm with visual range at night upto 300 meters and thickness of Delineator at any point should be 1 mm.

Safety Cone made up of polypropylene with conical shape and should be easily moveable. Base should be square duly provided with rubber at the base and colour of the traffic cone should be red with top cap alongwith ring at top for attachment of rope. Safety cone must be strong durable and should be non fading colour. White colour Retroreflective tape should be provided around the traffic cone in the middle for highly visibility and space should be provided for fixing of message or logo. Material of top cap of safety cone must be Plastic and bottom diameter of Traffic cone should be 200mm with height of 1000mm. Width of the traffic cone base should be 175mm with minimum wall thickness of Traffic cone at any point should be 2 mm.

Plastic speed breaker or Plastic portable speed bumps made up of plastic with Length 500mm, Height 50mm, width 350mm to be fixed with steel plated washer and lag bolt shield. Speed bump weight should be 26 lbs with load taking capacity 100 tone. Hardware tools required for fixing of speed bumps should be provided. Speed bumps should be crack resistance, temperature resistant and moisture resistant. 4 Nos of reflectors to be provided on both side of speed bumps. Colour of speed bumps should be Yellow and black.

Solar road stud having 3 LED of size 130x120x20MM as per Technical Specification document of Stud Assembly QA Document No. QAP/OFDC/Stud Assy/TU-2211 MOD-I as per DRG No. ARDE-2121 DET No.40 issued by Ministry of Defence. Manufacturer must have Technical Specification and manufacturer should seen and understood the drawing issued by Ministry of Defence and manufacturer should have registered or approved with any of the Defence authority or Indian Ordnance Factories. Documents in support of all the requisites should be furnished alongwith bid documents. Colour of the road stud as approved by GE.

Solar warning light made up of Non Corrosive Moulded Plastic Body having 09 LED in Red colour. Light source should be high visibility LED with Lens and power source should be dual in combination of A/C and Solar with Mains charging and Solar Panel also. Inbuilt switch to be provided to choose working mode for solar warning light. Solar warning light should be provided with a plastic prismatic lens for passive reflection and Clamp for Barricade Mount optional. Maintenance free NICD Battery should be provided in built of the solar warning light. Dusk to dawn operation option should be available in Solar warning light and A/C charger also should be supplied alongwith solar warning light.

Safety convex mirror having mirror size 36 inches suitable for indoor and outdoor mainly for usage of road safety at blind road corners. Mirror thickness should be 5mm made up of material polycarbonate and mirror weight 6.7 kilogram having circular shape and mirror angle 180 degrees. Length of the fitting pipe should be 10 inches having fitting pipe colour grey and fitting pipe diameter should be 5 inches. Fitting pipe material should be Mild Steel and Fibre reinforced plastic material for back holding plate of mirror. Body material should be ABS Plastic with canopy colour orange.

Safety light baton with count of 6 Nos LED Green and 6 Nos LED Red lights having diameter of search light 50.8mm, handle length 8 inches, handle material made up of ABS Plastic and pipe material ABS. Light Area Length 20 inches made up of toughened glass having minimum battery backup when fully charged should be 12 hours. Safety light baton should have protection against reverse polarity, protection from battery over discharge, protection from battery over charge and short circuit protection. Salient features of safety light baton should be Red Blink, Red stable, Green blink, green stable, in built on off switch, one hand operated switch and accessories to be provided such as battery charges and charges cable. Lanyard/strap should be provided for safety light baton.

MS pipe Bollard should be made up of MS with powder coating and 3M reflective bends which are ideal for external usage in harsh weather conditions. The base plate and cover plate should be welded to pipe. Height of the bollard should be 800mm and width should be 170mm with wall thickness 5mm and diameter 89 OD.

Road Barricade having shape of barrier Trapezium and shape of base Rectangular. Reflective Tape on the barrier should be provided as per buyer requirement for day/night highly visibility. Barrier should be made up of Polypropylene and height of the barrier should be 800, length should be 1000 and width should be 500 with minimum wall thickness at any point 1mm.

Warning sign post for display of road safety and directions should be provided as per buyer requirement. Detailed drawing of design and approval should be obtained from the buyer/GE before supply of warning sign posts.
