Earth work in in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls,breast walls,culverts,drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rocks,chiseling /wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water(surface and sub soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete mechanically mixed 1 : 4 : 8 (One cement : four sand : eight graded/ crushed stone) nominal size 25mm (twenty five millimetre) aggregate for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation in Retaining wall, Breast wall , Toe wall etcetra complete including form work as per drawing and technical specification clause-802, 803, 1202 and 1203 including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete in open foundation, flooring in catch pits complete of plain/reinforced concrete M-20 ( M-twenty) 20mm(Twenty millimeter) nominal size agreegate in or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time laying under water complete for alll heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated M-10 (M-ten) cement concrete for plain cement concrete 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size agreegate in open foundation, Toe walls, drain of all type of structure complete in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections (TATA/JINDAL/SAIL Make ), trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint upto all floor level in all heights In grating,frames, framed guard bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar works including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per the direction by Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with white readymixed paint (ASAIN/NEROLAC/ICI-DULUX ) complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per the direction by Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
