Providing and fixing of Electrical Fixtures of standard quality as per the instruction of site incharge complete

Dismantling of Bathroom tiles by chipping & disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Brick work with common burnt clay machine molded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (With F.P.S. (non modular) bricks)

Providing Wall painting with ready mixed Premium acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. (One or more coats on old work) including the cost of all materials and labour as per the direction of Site in charge

Providing ply wood Frames & doors for Lofts at Kitchen, Near Bathroom, Study Room including carpentry charges as per the instruction of site incharge complete

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing electrification with plug points, light points, with necessary switch boards including the cost of all materials and labour as per the direction of Site in charge.

Providing and fixing the Sanitary fixtures for the Toilet like Wash basin, European water closet with Flush tank (Ceramic), Rectangular mirror (50 x 60), wash Basin Faucet, Health Faucet with 2 Way Bib Cock (Silver), soap tray (Steel), Towel Bar Steel Kohlet/ Jagur, Long body cock steel including the cost of all other fittings for water supply and sanitary works (Including Soil pipe and fittings) etc. Complete as per the direction of Work In charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality Anti-Skid Tiles for Bathroom flooring & ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colors, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing High Density PVC frame & High-Density PVC doors for Bath Room by removing old damaged steel frame as per the instructions of site incharge complete

Providing ply wood Frames & doors for pooja room with Laminations & Design Fixtures including carpentry charges, design charges Complete as per the direction of Work In charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames to walls with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to walls by welding. Complete as per the direction of Work In charge

Repairs to the ACs inside the flats of Yamuna Block including cost of all materials and labour etc. complete.
