S & F in repairs MS sheet covers/doors of any thickness and shape for LT panels including required fabrication, welding, cutting, painting and fixing of hinges as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs mild steel plates covers of any thickness for cable trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of 433 Volts LV coils of voltage stabilizer/transformer/isolation transformer removing unserviceable material, reinsulation with new insulated materials three layers complete and re-winding as per existing size of core of transformer including heating, varnishing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding 433 Volts LV coils of voltage stabilizer/transformer/isolation transformer of using proper size new copper wire suitable for working voltage 11 KV complete all as specified and directed. Notes for item No 8 and 9:- (i) Oil filtration, supply of new oil will be measured separately. (ii) All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor weldings are deemed to be included the rate quoted. (iii) The rate for transport and lifting of transformer by crane should be deemed to include in the rate quoted.

Dehydration of HV/EHV grade stabilizer/transformer oil (On line/off line), minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength upto 60KV for EHV grade and upto 40 KV for HV grade, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Centrifuging Machine with all T&P and testing eqpt required for dehydration to be arranged by contractor.

Supply and filling, stabilizer/transformer oil HV grade as per IS-335 of 1993 Part-II, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement rubber mat of 1 meter x 2 meter x 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for 25 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for 50 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying & testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminium lugs complete of size 25 Sqmm nominal cross section X 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with Galvanized Iron earth plate electrode of size 600mmX600mmX6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level (depth of pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level), earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections by using galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm thick (upto body of equipment) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers, connected to main switch board or main control board, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40mm bore, and watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel & wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone, RCC cover (In lieu of CI Cover), all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of MES Standard Schedule of Rates (Part-I, 2009), testing on completion including test point terminal block, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Taking down old unserviceable dilapidated earthing are included in quoted rate.

M & L for maintenance free chemical earthing system complete with 03 (three) nos copper bonded rods, 17.2 mm dia 3000 mm long electrode buried at suitable distance apart directly in ground, to bore holes of 120 mm dia vertically to a depth not less than 3.60 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth electrode at a depth not less than 100 mm below normal ground level, provision of clamps or brazed or both for each copper bonded rods made of copper and copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm & strip connection on the top of the electrode and copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm for inter connection of 03 nos copper bonded rods and laying at least 500 mm below in the ground and further connected to test point terminal block (copper strip and test terminal block shall be measured separately), including back filling of bore holes with advanced earth enhancing compound 96 kilogram (minimum) of for artificial treatment to soil so as to achieve earth resistance below 01 Ohms as specified in para 19.140 of SSR Part-1 (2009), including provision of earthing pit in PCC(1:3:6) type C1 pre-cast cover RCC slab of size 400 x 400 x 50 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, including necessary earth work and three coats of white wash on plastered surface (exposed surfaces) and testing complete all as directed and including necessary earth work and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Taking down old unserviceable dilapidated chemical earthing are included in quoted rate.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 150 KVA , removing oil marks, dirt, rust by using wire brush and sand paper etc, make ready clean surface and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint by spraying on the body of the transformers externally, complete of plants all as directed.

All as per item No 48 here-in-before but 200 KVA to 250 KVA capacity Transformer completed all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 48 here-in-before but 315 KVA to 400 KVA capacity Transformer completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of Isolation transformer / Stabilizer of capacity 10 KVA to 50 KVA , removing oil marks, dirt, rust by using wire brush and sand paper etc, make ready clean surface and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint by spraying on the body of the transformers externally, All as per item No 47 here-in-before but 315 KVA to 400 KVA capacity Transformer completed all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 53 here-in-before but 100 KVA to 200 KVA capacity Isolation Transformer/Stabilizer completed all as specified and directed.

Re-stringing Over Head Line ACSR Conductor and earth wire of any size and type on LT poles including disconnection on Existing Lines by un-binding at Each Pin/Shackle Type Insulator, re-fixing the same after stretching Conductor, removing excess Sag, maintaining proper distance between Conductors adjusting line dividers etc and cutting trimming of tree branches upto 2 mtr clear distance from wire, complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs Pin Type Porcelain, Vitreous, Brown Insulator including one Galvanized Mild Steel Spindle, Two Galvanized Iron Washers and One Galvanized Iron Nut, 100mm Height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volt Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F shackle type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green Small size, with overall dimensions 50 x 65mm, clearance of hole 9 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
