Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm as per Technical Specification Clause 505 . Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg. /sqmt. On the prepared on dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimeter ) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type-A or Type-B or Type-C as per Technical specification clause 508 By Mechanical means Bitumen S-90 complete in all respect within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
