Preparing unsurfaced water boundmacadam of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and providing evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer viscosity of bitumen grade VG-10 @ 10.0 Kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. (ii) On testing, after completion of job, if desired earth resistence is not found i.e. below 1 Ohms, the earthing shall be redone without any extra cost to the GOVT.
