Taking down steel rolling shutter of area exc 5.00 Sqm but n exc 10.00 Sqm each, push pull or manual type including top hood cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple etc and refixing same in position after necessary repairs such as cleaning,replacement of rusted nuts and bolts with required / welding grinding and all moving parts,guide rail including greasing the guide rail gear worm, gear box ,adjusting anchoring rod ,straining tensile spring etc as required to make rolling shutter fuctional and making good any damage to the existing shutters, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Replacement of old/worm steel rollers of any size fixed as in sliding gates of Hangers and providing new MS steel rollers of dia 65-130mm and length 50-100mm fixed with pin rod of dia 20-50mm ,100-200mm length ,threaded both ends , fixed with 15-30m dia nuts and bolts and double lock system complete all as specified as to Make shutter complete smooth functional complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MS steel roller size/shape and design as per suaitable for mannual operated /motorised operated hanger door at AF stn sarsawa complete all as specified and direction by Engr-in-Charge

Replacement of old/worm steel rollers of any size fixed as in sliding gates of Hangers and providing new MS steel rollers of dia 250-350mm and length 50-100mm fixed with pin rod of dia 20-50mm ,100-200mm length ,threaded both ends , fixed with 15-30mm dia nuts and bolts and double lock system complete all as specified as to Make shutter complete smooth functional complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MS steel roller size/shape and design as per suaitable for mannual operated /motorised operated hanger door at AF stn sarsawa complete all as specified and direction by Engr-in-Charge

Replacement of old/worm out MS pin rod of any size fixed as in rollers of slinding gates of Hangers and providing new MS pin rod of dia 20-50mm , 100-200mm length , threaded both ends ,fixed with 15-30 dia nuts and bolts and double lock system complete all as specified as to make shutter complete smooth fuctional complete all as specified and direction by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning ,greasing and oiling all moving parts of slinding shutter of hangers including tighetning nuts and bolts of rollers,straightening /aligning the bottom and top guide rails of shutter incl all necessary T&P as required to make shutter complete smooth functional of size exc 50 sqm but n exc 80 sqm each, complete all as specified and direction by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning ,greasing and oiling all moving parts of slinding shutter of hangers including tightning nuts and bolts of rollers,straightening /aligning the bottom and top guide rails of shutter incl all necessary T&P as required to make shutter complete smooth functional of size exc 30 sqm but n exc 50 sqm each, complete all as specified and direction by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces to received painting by coating with mordent solution including washing and cleaning etc over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer in Camouflague/Plain pattern and pattern as decided by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to included in item for painting any type of Rolling shutters and any type of Hangers including any height and width at AF Stn Sarsawa shall be made good by contractor, complete all as specified and direction by Engr-in-Charge.
