Material and labour for repairs/overhauling /servicing to existing starter panel of cooling towers, chiller motor, condenser motor and chillers in LT panel indoor type installed at central AC plant by taking shutdown from appropriate authority including checking loose connections and tightening the same and cleaning inside/outside all connection, replacing all cable glands, thimbles and lugs as per the size of exisitng cable , applying petroleum jelly on the contactors, providing new insulation tape to bars, repair to broken/hanging doors by fixing hinges or welding the door to make it serviceable, spray painting as required, repair/replacement of exhaust fans of the panel, RYB Indicators, on off push buttons etc and testing the entire panel after servicing completion to satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Descaling of condenser shell and tube by using chemical and nylon brush ,Taking out complete impurities by circulating chemical solution and replace unsv gasket complete and testing (with nitrogen gas)after completion of work complete all as specified and directed

Descaling of evaporator or chiller shell and tube by using chemical and nylon brush ,Taking out complete impurities by circulating chemical solution and replace unsv gasket complete and testing with nitrogen gas after completion of work, fixing nitrile rubber insulation on the damaged area complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old unsv insulation, cleaning the surface with steel brush remove dirt/dust and make it free of mill scale , greases and foreign matter.M&L for nitrile rubber insulation class o aluminium cover over the pipe/duct surafce and sealing the joints using weather proof black tape complete all as specified.

S&F wire netting of galvanised steel wire 24 guage fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples mesh size 12mm aparture over entire duct insulation with 50mm overlap for preventing rat bitescomplete all as specified.

Taking down old rectangular square duct including insulation, wire net & all connected accessories and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and errect factory fabricated Rectangular/ square Duct made out of 24 gauge GI sheet in L shaped hollow profile including all accessories such as corner, carriage bolt hangers, gasket and seal the longitudinal joints with and including approved sealant complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair Sensor (Chilled water/Condensor water/ oil temp / bearing temp) complete all as specified and directed. Make: Daikin, Model Name- PFS4302DBRY for chiller of 400 TR.

Supply and Charging of Gas R 134a complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rewinding of electric motor of the following capacity, 3phase 50hz, 415V with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable guage including dismantling, assembling after rewinding to its original location of capacity 100 Horse power complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsrv insulation over the chiller pipe line, cleaning water pipe surface with steel brush remove dirt/dust, M&L for chilled pipe line insulation by applying a coat of zinc chromite primer & apply a two coats of cold setting adhesive compound (CRPX) on pipes for sticking the insulation bonded mineral wool of density 144 Kg/cum, 50mm thikness tightly pressed on the pipe upto 250mm dia seal all the joint with adhesive compound wrap the insulation surface by using one layer of polythene sheet 50mm wide PVC tape cover the entire with chicken mesh finish the surface, of density 144 Kg/Cum and cover 26 gauge alluminium GI cladding of approved colour & cover with Glasswool complete all as directed.

Supply & fill compressor lubricating oil for chillers, Alkyl Benzene bases with ISO viscosity grade 86.

Supply & fix in repairs filter drier 5/8" MFL suitable for filteration of R-134A gas suitable for Daikin make chiller.

Supply & fix in repair retainer for collecting the oil from the chiller in recirculation line of Daikin make chiller.

S & F in repairs filter core multilayered filtration medium 3/8" suitable for R-134A Gas suitable for Daikin make Chiller.

S & F in repairs filteration kit CI body suitable for 4-1/2" flare connection both sides.

Supply, Fixing, testing and commissioning of heavy duty electric cable after disconnecting exsting condenser motor cable and laying pvc insulated copper conductor of size 25 sqmm single core, 1100 volt grade, FRLS type laid in trenches, fixed on wall, passing through pipes, ducts,flexible covers with proper saddles complete including connecting with MCCB/ busbar and motor terminals on other end with the help of proper size lugs, glands, properly as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old paint over the iron Brackets /Iron Cantilever Beams / Rail sections of cooling tower base,Pipelines, pump motors , motor base, cooling towers etc by cleaning the surface with steel brush remove dirt/dust, M&L for applying a coat of zinc chromite primer & apply a two coats of black synthetic enamel paint around the body incl every joints, corners complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unsrv diffuser grills & supply and fix new supply line aluminium rectangular air diffusers complete with wooden frame work made out of II nd class hard wood, volume control damper including gasket and connected accessories complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down GI/AI or any other false ceiling and refixing the same after completion of work all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old unservicable Advance cooling towe ABS nozzles and Supply and fixing of new cooling tower nozzles as per the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete servicing of cooling tower including cleaning of clogged nozzels, removing any plants from the cooling tower body, cleaning of louvers with steel brush, cleaning of cooling tower base with chemical and drying it complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge
