Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Twin Iobe positive displacement type, rotary air blowers with V-belt drive, belt guard, base plate, inlet filter-silencer, flexible connectors, control valves, pressure gauge and piping for a capacity of 200CUM/Hr @ 6000MMWG at required pressure with 10 HP motor with pulley etc. to supply sufficient air for the treatment process complete as required.

Supply and fixing of piping of following size for providing header line & interconnecting various sections within STP plant etc. as required. a) 5 inch dia MS pipe (class 'C')

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of horizontal centrifugal fully submersible, non clog sewage handling type pump for raw sewage transfer from equalization tank to aeration tank. The pump shall have complete SS construction, TEFC induction motor suitable for 400/440 volts, 3 phase, 50HZ AC supply, mounted on common structural base plate, suitable vibration pads including suitable pump foundation, coupling and complete with other accessories as required. Solid handling shall be 20-50mm. Capacity 11 m³ / hr @ 12 m head.

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of horizontal centrifugal, disposal pump for the disposal of sludge to tanker or to sludge dry beds. The pump shall have CI casing, bronze impeller, SS shaft & sleeve with mechanical rotary shaft seal connected by a flexible tier type coupling to TEFC induction motor suitable for 400/440 volts, 3 phase, 50HZ AC supply, mounted on common structural base plate, suitable vibration pads including suitable foundation, coupling and complete with other accessories as required. Solid handling shall be 20-20mm. Capacity 3 m³ / hr @ 12 m head.

Supply of vertical single stage stainless steel submersible drainage pump for pumping out drainage / sewage water. The pump shall have SS housing, totally enclosed motor in insulation Class F with thermal overload protection suitable for working on 1 phase 230 V, 50 HZ AC supply, fitted with suction strainer and level switch for automatic start and stop, SS semi open impeller, double shaft seal, fitted with carrying handle & 10 mtr mains cable of plug type with glass sealing compound in the socket etc. complete with other accessories as required. Capacity 6.083 m³ / hr @ 14 m head.

Supply and fixing of digital electromagnetic type water flow meter suitable for 12M³/hour flow range & suitable for fixing in existing 2'' dia MS inlet pipeline / 2.5” dia MS outlet pipeline including necessary modification work of MS pipeline like welding, cutting etc. complete as required.
