M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on concrete/brick surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade laid over compacted sub base complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for shifting of existing DG set of capacity Generator Set of 100 KVA by disconnecting all connections carefully and shifting to a distance of appx 500 mtr carefully and to be positioned in place and testing after installation complete from SASF to 163 Med Regt complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for shifting of existing Distribution Transformer of capacity 100 KVA by disconnecting all HT connections and LT connections carefully and shifting to a distance of appx 500 mtr from SASF to 163 Med Regt and installation with complete necessary connections after installtion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-chrage.

Taking up UG HT cable of size 70 to 95 sqmm carefully by manual excavation including cable cover laid in trenches after disconnecting from HT panel/pole/GOD and removing from site and transporting to a distance appx 300mtr for reuse complete all as specified and directed at site. Note: Earth work will be meaured and paid seperately.

Relaying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed), grade cross sectional area 70 to95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed at site. Note:- Earth work shall be meaured and paid seperately.

M&L for bricks, klin burnt, well burnt, whole, old size of compressive strength not less than 50 kg per sqcm laid in trenches as cable cover / protection complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying the HT cable cover obtain from ser item No. 48 any description and any size complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and providing sand cushioning with dry clean sand 15 cm below cable and 8 cm above the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payments.

M&L for trenchless boring under road crossings/foot paths by manual / Boring machine complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix in replacement of 80 mm bore GI pipe light grade fixed on pole /trenches/wall/road crossing etc complete with clamp nut bolt etc all as specified and directed at site

Material & Labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, LT UG cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm 4 core connected with aluminium lugs connected by cramping tools complete all as specified and directed at site. Note:- Excavation, earthwork and protection of cable shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fixing lightening arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp rupturing capacity 65 kilo Amps porcelain conforming to IS-3070 Pt-I suitable for 11 KV, HT over head line complete including nuts, bolts, clamps, bracket etc and connecting with GI earth wire, complete all specified and directed

Taking down and refixing gang operated out door type HT 11 KV triple poles 400 Amps air break fittings type with fixed contacts of phosphorus bronze and moving contacts of copper with mechanically operating from ground level vertical mounted complete with HT insulator on steel frame operating rod made out of 25mm dia GI pipe medium grade worked from ground level with handle and locking arrangement with 12 insulators with drop out fuse assy complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11mtr long) conforming to IS :2713 (P-1 &II)/1980 with and including two coats of first grade aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and numbering of poles complete all as specified and as directed at site. Note:- PCC & earth work shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate.

M&L for earthing complete using galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected with and including GI stips 32mm x 6mm in and including GI pipe 50mm bore medium grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate upto the body of equipment) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts, GI washers, timbles; earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber of size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm (top of chamber minimum 15cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and angle iron frame including necessary excavation/ earthwork in any type of soil/ rock and as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified with the following :- (i) Test point GI of size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm. (b). PCC pit shall be provded at least 0.5 metre away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junction elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (c). RCC pit cover shall be 80mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4Kg/ Sqm of size 300 mm x 300 mm in lieu of CI cover.) Earthing test must be carried out in presence of Engr-in-Charge/JE E&M. (d). The earthing result not more than 2 Ohms or desired earth resistance value. (e). Megger required for testing will be be provided at site by the contractor. (f). Contractor shall submit earth resistance testing report before submission of RAR.

M&L for GI stay assembly set comprising of 16 mm dia 380 mm iron stay bow 1800 mm long stay rod 20 mm dia 300x300x6mm stay plate thimble GI stay wire 7/8 SWG of required length ,incl,loop insulator,earth work and PCC complete withh all accessories as shown in electrical plate No.1 all as specified and directed at site.
