Providing fitting & fixing Tarpulin shade (water proof) with cloth walling as per approved design & pattern with good quality new clothes with any approved ding fixing of new sal wood bullah of 12 mm dia in post and bracing runners stiffening & tying by green bamboo in rigid possition by coir string with digging holes of depth 2'6" for post and covering all post bracer's with cotten & removing the same after the function including cost of all materials & labour etc complete.The work is to nbe executed as per the fire & electric safety guideinnes con.codified in Is 8758/1993 or Govt of Odissa & I.E rate 1956 respectfully.

Providing fitting & fixing of border walling in between roof & celling & side wall with digging cloth etc complete.

Providing & spreding carpet with adhesive pin's & orther's as required for the work etc complete.

Providing & fixing with Cloth ceiling including all materials & labour T&P etc complete.

Providing fitting & fixing of walling including cost of all labour,material and T&P etc complete.
