Construction of tube well(piezometer) from ground level & up to desired depth to accommodate housing and assembly pipe of following sizes in all type of alluvium strata unconsolidated formation such as pebbles, boulders etc. by percussion/rotary drilling method as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended upto date) and technical specifications, with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and it's packing as per IS: 2800 (Part I & II) 1979 as amended up to date (the work includes the cost of gravel & it's primary packing and packing during development, lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes with supply and wrapping of coir-rope, wherever necessary for arresting fine sand particles, clamp, bail plug and development work, but excluding the cost of casing and strainer pipe assembly).The nominal bore of the casing pipe will be 125mm. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water.

For drilling depth beyond 100 mtr.

Construction of tube well(piezometer) up to desired depth in all type of rocks by DTH system & over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all type of soils & over burden including lowering of casing pipes, (if required) and clamp excluding cost of casing pipes, as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended upto date) and technical specifications. The nominal bore of the casing pipe will be 125mm. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The Piezometer should have a throughout bore of 110mm.

Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked as per IS: 1239 (part 1: 2004) or amended up to date for following size: 125 mm dia NB( Thickness of pipe 4.8 mm & mass of tube 16.40 Kg/m)

Labour charges for making slots on blank pipes made of ERW MS black pipe of following sizes, the slotting should be as per IS:8110-1985 for 125 mm dia nominal bore

Construction of Platform for Piezometer including earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils. Supplying and Filling in plinth with river sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete including cost of sand. Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade M15 grade Nominal Mix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including the cost of centering and shuttering, all work up to plinth level. Plaster on new surface of platform in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finished. (i) 12mm thick on sides & (ii) 25mm thick on top surfaces. Supplying & Fixing in position 4 Nos. Tie Bolt 12 mm dia. 150 mm length as per drawing. Including transportation of material to site, painting of platform with washable distemper & of piezometer cap with enamel paint of approved brand & colour and lettering of platform & piezometer cap by painter after completion of construction works, complete as per drawing & specifications given in bid document complete to satisfaction of Departmental Officer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing a piezometer cap made up of (i) 125mm Nominal Bore M.S. Pipe Socket of 100 mm length tightened around threaded top of Piezometer Casing Pipe and fixed to piezometer casing pipe by welding (ii) 8mm Thick circular M.S. plate having 56mm Nominal Diameter hole in center & welded to the socket at the top of piezometer casing pipe. Cap is provided with a fully threaded M56 Allen Bolt of length≥50mm through the hole created in circular plate and a Nut (suitable for M56 Allen bolt) which is welded with circular plate. Complete in all respect as per drawing given in Bid document.

Supplying & fixing a sign board made up of 20 B&S Gauge (1mm) Thick MS Plate of size 1.20 m x 0.90 m fixed by welding in Angle Iron rectangular Frame of size 1.20 m x 0.90 m made of ISA 40x40x5mm welded together. Frame is diagonally braced with Angle Iron ISA 40x40x5mm. MS Plate is to be fixed (by welding) over Angle Iron ISA 40x40x5mm pedestals of height 1.35 m having height 0.95m height above ground and remaining 0.40m fixed in Cement Concrete M15 Grade Nominal Mix 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Block of size 0.45mx0.45mx0.45m constructed in-situ including excavation in all kind of soils, compaction, curing etc. complete in all respect. Pedestal in the CC Block is to be strengthened by providing two 0.20m long ISA 40x40x5mm pieces as per drawing. Applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and after drying Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in Two or more coats to give an even shade over sign board, frame & pedestals. Lettering with black paint of approved brand and manufacture as per the instructions of Officer In-charge. Complete as per drawing & specifications given in bid document, complete to satisfaction of Departmental Officer-in-charge.
