Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m but not exc 3.0 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and exc 1.5 m but not exc 3.0 m in depth and getting out in hard soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 250 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Removal of excavated material at a distance of 250 mtr.

Returning, filling in, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 CM as in soft/ loose soil.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation of drains complete all as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hopping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0,9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confiring to Fe-410 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.10.00 but 6mm to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides of concrete foundations,footings bases of coloumns raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work,vertical or to batter for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast concrete cover slab 1:2:4 type B-1 set in CM 1:6 for Area drainage sump. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-20 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases fo columns, etc,basement s;abs, under-reamed piles and mass concretecomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 tpye B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping for drains and drainage sump complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains avg 50 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for form work to sides of pillars, posts,struts,piers,columns etc or to batter for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-20 design mix (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in columns, pillars piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore Broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 typce D-2(using 40 mmm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. Over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match

M&L for vitrified tile 8-10 mm thick as in skirting/riser of steps including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

M&L for RCC M-20 design mix (using 20mm graded stone agg) lintel beams, roof beams, cantilevers ,chajjas bressumers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to edges of rough finished surfaces of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, windows cills,concrete railing, openings in concrete walls floor and roofs n exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n.exc 20 cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses,purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete fabrication and erection at site as per drgs.

S&F framed work as in plates (plain or chequred) channels, square cut or notched with fabriction and erection of FE 410-W (Gde E-250) auality A (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes over and including anchor bolts of required sizes complete all as shown in drgs.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping scews as specified.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (Telephonic black/Ruby red) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite 18 to 20mm thick. all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps,cooking platform and other similar work.

M&L for 5.5mm thick sheet glass plain or tinted ordiner quality, fixed in windws.

M&L for Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staple or fixed in alumium frames.

S&F 12 mm thick toughned glass door over and including all fittings and fixtures i.e. locking arrangements,pivot floor spring complete all as approved by Garrison engineer.

S&F PVC (SWR) 150 pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls over and including necessary fixing arrangements to take roof water into rainwater pipe to the entire satifaction of the engr-in-charge.

S&F solid PVC frame of size 50 x 95 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube,with necessary arrangement for fixing of glass for lourver type window/ventilator and additional PVC beading around the frame for fixing of wire mesh complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

M&L for Treating the bottom and sides of excavation at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface area

M&L for Treating the backfill in contact with foundation at the rate of 7.5 litres of emulsion per square metre of vertical surface (Area of the sub structure in contact with backfill to be measured)
