Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil

M&L for hard core of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in path/ hard standing surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape & size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete 1:1.5:3, type A-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Kerb Stone and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note : The size of Kerb stone may be varied as per site requirement during execution of work without any cost adjustment.

M&L for Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m depth in soft /loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Removing excavated material (Soil) exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses etc and similar work including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering
