Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil(including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75.0m as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500mm.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150mm including watering and ramming etc layer by layer complete. (a) with earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Labour for laying 150mm to 200 mm boulder soling including rough dressing, hand packing and ramming down small pieces in the interstices including rolling and preparing the bed to proper level and filling up all joints with sandy clay or earth.

(I) Cement Concrete with graded stone ballast (40mm size excluding shuttering) In ground floor

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface].

Wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame exluding cost of concrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M.S clamps. (The quantum should be correted upto three decimals).

Panel shutters of door and window, as per design (each panel consisting of single plank without joint), including fitting and fixing the same in position but excluding the cost of hinge and other fittings. In ground floor.

Colour washing with "ELLA" with a coat of white wash priming including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly :

(b) Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary :

Construction of septic tank ( with integrated inspection pit) as per approved drawing and specifications including supplying fitting and fixing necessary specials and fittings such as S.W. Tees C.I. foot rests 560mm dia. R.C.C. manhole covers of approved quality including necessary earthwork in excavation in all sorts of soil including bailing out water, and shoring etc.as necessary and refilling the sides of the tank with earth,filling up the chambers with clear water after removing all the ]foreign matters fron inside the chamber complete in all aspects with all materials and labours approved water proofing compound shall have to be used @ 20% by weight of cement in plastering all internal surfaces of the tank.

Construction of circular seak well 3.60m deep with dry brick work 2.10m from the bottom end and brick work in cement mortar (4:1) into 1.50m with 20mm cement plaster (4:1) inside including filling up the inside pit 1.00m from bottom and 30cm thick annular space all round the full depth of the pit upto dry brick work with brick metal of size5cm to 15cm ( bigger size placed at the periphery of the pit in angular space) top of the pit covered with 10cm thick R.C.C.slab (4:2:1) with necessary reinforcements and shuttering including 6mm thick (4:1) cement plaster on all internal surfaces and external surfaces of the slab and on 56cm dia R.C.C manhole cover of approved make fitted and fixed in the slabwith necessary fittings including necessary earthwork in excavation in all sortsof soil including bailing out water ,shoring as necessary arrangements for pipe connections complete in all respects with all labour and materials.

Anodised aluminium Aldrop / Sliding bolts of approved quality manufactured from extruded section conforming to I.S. specification (I.S. 2681/66) fitted and fixed complete.

Iron butt hinges of approved quality fitted and fixed with steel screws, with ISI mark.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Orissa pattern water closet in white glazed vitreous chinaware of approved make in position complete excluding 'P' or 'S' trap (excluding cost of concrete for fixing).

Supplying P.V.C. water storage tank of approved quality with closed top with lid (Black) - Multilayer

Supplying, fitting & fixing 1st quality Ceramic tiles in walls and floors to match with the existing work & 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile & finishing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles including roughening of concrete surface, if necessary or by synthetic adhesive & grout materials etc.

Supplying, fitting & fixing 1st quality Ceramic tiles in walls and floors to match with the existing work & 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile & finishing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles including roughening of concrete surface, if necessary or by synthetic adhesive & grout materials etc.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necesssary staging upto 4.0m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works.
