Preferably manufacturers should participate. Participating traders/agents must provide authorization letter issued by the OEM. Authorization letter should preferably be tender specific. In case of general authorization letter, it must clearly indicate the validity period/expiry date. Offers with general authorization letter silent on validity period/expiry date will not be considered for placement of order and that offer is liable to be ignored. Bidders must submit authorization letter along with their offer failing which the offer is liable to be ignored. For orders placed on dealers/traders/agents, documents certifying that the material is sourced from the OEM/OEM authorised dealer will have to be produced by the firm at the time of bidding.

The Purchaser reserves the right to procure either entire or bulk quantity (minimum 80% of Net Procurable Quantity) from the CLW Approved Vendors as available on U-VAM for Item ID:2100449. The approval status of the firm for the said item will be reckoned as on the date of tender closing and not thereafter. But, in case of downgrading/removal/suspension/banning etc. after opening of tender, such changes shall be taken into account while considering the offers. Bidders should submit documentary evidence failing which offer is liable to be ignored. The offers from developmental vendors" may be considered for developmental orders totalling up to 20% of the net procurement quantity. Test & Warranty certificate of OEM to be submitted at the time of supply of material to consignee.

Any other eligibility criteria if mentioned anywhere in any of the uploaded documents will have no relevance with respect o evaluation of the bids.
