Relay,AC immune ,plug in type,style QNA1,DC neutral line relay,24 V DC 8F/8B 1 contacts, front & back contacts metal to carbon with plug board retaining clip & connectors confirming to BRS:931A,IRS:S@ 45<47N44@ IRS:S@ 45"47@ 68 & IRS:S-23/88 as applicable.The interlocking code for this unit shall be ABDGH or latest. (Inspection: RDSO)
Relay plun in type , style AC LED all aspect AC lamp proving relay. Unit with in built current transformer type slow to release neutral line relay 4F/4B contacts, front & back contacts 2 metal to carbon, shall be suitable for working in series with the 100 V AC, LED signal Lamp rated at 15 W confirming to RDSO spec STS/E/Relays/AC Lit LED signal/09-2002 Amdt 1 or latest, BRS: 941A,IRS-S-34 & IRS-S-23/88, as applicable. The interlocking code for this unit shall be ABDHK type. (inspection: RDSO).
Supply of Electri fuse complete with fuse block made of PBT for railway signalling as 3 per IRS-S-15/2006 REV 2 or latest, fuses non deteriorating type low voltage to suite specn. No IRS: S- 78/92 or latest 2Amp/4Amp/10Amp/16Amp fuses in ratio of 50:20:20:10. Fuse block shall be sutaible for round head type fuses. (Inspection:RDSO).
SUPPLY AND TRANSPORTATION OF THERMOSHRINK JOINTING KIT RTSF4 FOR QUAD CABLE (Inspection:RDSO).
B-supply & Installation
Supply and laying of 2nd class brickes in the trench and laying as per Drg no (NR/S&T/CON/1.1/97-A) as per instyruction of the site engineer ( Inspection: Site Engineer.) Per
Testing & meggering of all types of outdoor cables before & after its laying and 6 termenation on both ends and providing identification ferrula on each core under supervision of railway representative. This also includes preperation of test reports for core to core and core to earth on prescribed performa for each core of the cable separately after termenation of cable. this also includes dressing and lacing of cable on both ends, Proforma for testing and Material for lacing to be supplied by the contractor ( Inspection: Engg representative)
Supply & fixing of backelite sheet 6 mm thick of grade p-1001 (paper based) hylam Make or any other reputed brand confirming to IS spec. no. IS-1998-1962 B22 in 23 existing locations or any other place as per instructions of site engg. ( Inspection: Site Engineer.)
Wiring of relays in Relay room/relay huts as per approved wiring diagrams. All materials required including indoor cables and wires of 1x1, 1x0.6, 3/0.29,16/0.02,40x0.6,40x1, 60x0.6, 60x1dia of copper conductor as per NR practice conforming to IRS Spec, Resistance and 8 condensors is to be supplied by the contractor. This also includes wiring from CT rack to Tag block, Tag block to relays and wiring of fuse etc required in connection with Relay roon/ Relay hut wiring and soldring , Dressing, Bunching, Lacing, Fixing of relay bases etc And provision of LED indication of vital relays in relay room and provision of potential free contacts for relays on tag block for data logger as per instruction of site engineer. This also includes dressing, bunching, lacing & fixing of relay bases. ( Inspection: Site Engineer.)
Excavating and refiling of trench in normal soil to the level of ground with rammed 9 earth as per Drg. No (NR/S&T/CON/1.1/97/A) So as not to form a drain 0.3mtrs. Wide and 1mtr deep on both sides of the station along side the track. It shall conform to the safe distance as per signalling and cable plan. It aslo includes clearance of roots of trees and bushes. Lesser dept of the trench is to be paid prepostaitonatly ( Inspection: Site Engineer.)
Casting concreating and curing of foundation and erection of Single app cases as per 10 Drg .no. NR/S&T/CON/2.7/97. All materials such as cement sand , aggregate and anchor bolt shall be supplied by the contractror. App case single will be supplied by the Railwatys . Contractor is required to execute all types of repair work of foundation if required during inspection of cable termenation. ( Inspection: Site Engineer.)

Earth work around location boxes, signals etc. where necessary including 50m lead and 1.5m lift by excavation.The lead bemeasured fromthe centre of gravity ofexcavation to the 12 centre offilling and the lift, from meanground level. The earth shallbe rammed includingbreaking of clods, levelling and dressing. The earth work around the location/junction boxes shall be upto the plaster level and for width sufficient for the maintainer to attend the box both from front & back side). General concreat work in cement coarse sand and aggregate ratioo 1:3:6 ( Inspection: Site Engineer.)
Supply burrying of earth electrods pipe of 3 meter length and 50 mm dia. Pointed on lower end by tappering for a length of 50mm as per Drg. No . NR/S&T/PROJ/16.1/2015 and connecting with lightning arrester for signalling gears as per STD practices. The item includes digging of pit in earth in 2mtrs deep and fixing earth elctode pipe in it. Earth shall be burried in the 14 ground to the length of 2.7mtr after welding 6SWG wire at the lower end and fixing through nut & bolt at the top. This includes casting of cement cocreat enclosoures as per drg.No. NR/S&T/PROJ/16.2/2015. The enclouser is to be plastered on all sides with cement and sand mixture of 1:4 ratio. The soil treatment shall be done as per standard practices. The item includes provision of earth lead wires 6SWG and soldring of lead wires. The other end of the earth wire to be connected to Block instruments/ Cable sheath/Power equipment/ App case/ Relay racks or any other equipment as per the instructions of site engg and as per IRSEM (Inspection: Site Engineer)
Excavation of cable trench of 300mm wide and 800mm deep as per approved cable 15 route plan on concrete platform/pukka surface/Track/Pitched/stone/Rocks/ Brick paved surface/chiseling/blasting of rocks and back filling after laying of HDPE Pipe/Telecom cable, ramming of the soil in trenches and consolidation of soil & restoration of surface. This also includes clearing of temporary obstruction on the selected routes.Inspection: Site Engineer
Loading , leading & unloading of released or any materials from site/store to any 16 other store by contractor.Contractor have to prepare list of items and stacking of the materials Inspection: Site Engineer( Note: This subject item cannot be employed for the conveynance of materials issued or deposited in jammu division stores for this work.

Laying of Signalling/Telecomm / Power cables of different sises as per Drg.no 18 NR/S&T/CON/1.1/97-A) and as per cable route plan approved by railways and meggring of cable before and after its laying of all type of outdoor cable.meggering to be done for each drum seperatly. Meggering sheets to be supplied and filled up by contractor and subbmited to Railways (Inspection: Site Engineer)
Casting, concreating, curring of foundations and erection of WARNING BOARDS 19 (SLB/BSLB/GWB/Calling ON Boards) as per Drg. No. Nr/S&T/Proj/17/2017supply of warning boards as per SEM has to be done by the contractor. Board should be provided on I-Shaped channel having min weight of 8.9kg per meter and length 5000mm. channel to be supplied by the contractor. ( Inspection: Site Engineer).
"Cleaning , scrapping , painting and lettering of all newly installed and existing gears such as signals, point equipment, track circuit equipment with T.C. no on rail, app. Cases, JB, TL JBs, point rodding cranks, compensators etc. including gate equipment if existing in station section as per the provision of IRSEM. All painting material to be supplied by the contractor. All paints (ISI 20 marked) shall be approved by Railway Engineer prior to painting and certificate to this effect submitted to Railway. This item also includes writing and painting requirement of all indoor and outdoor gears along with making of all circuit nos. near terminal and terminal boards/track in app. cases, junction boxes, relay room, SMs room, writing of relay nomenclature fuse nos. and equipment nomenclature as the approved plans and as per provision of IRSEM at Way side station.
