Demolition below G.L upto 1.50 Meters depth and disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead in un-reinforced cement concrete up to 15 cm thickness and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and Plinth

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc.(in pipes and pits) in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft / hard rock, chiselling / wedging out of rock / where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in-charge clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer –in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches Galvanized mild steel flanged/butt welded pipes below mentioned dia and grade conforming to IS:1239-2004 (with latest amendments). The MS Flanges are to be provided for 5% of total joints as per table below conforming to IS:6392-1971 (latest upto date amendments) and welding of MS flanges with pipe as per IS: 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS:814-1991 including required number and size of MS nuts and bolts as per IS 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fibre jointing gaskets sheet not less than 3.00mm in thickness as per IS:27121-1965. The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in three layers in each face to make the joints leak proof including all kind of specials such as bends of all degrees to be made from parent tube, short pieces, tail pieces all made from parent tube and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The pipes end should be bevelled suitable for butt welding. the circumferencial butt welded joints (95% of the total joints) by electrical arc welding to following dia & class pipes, welding of pipes to be done in three layers to make joints leak proof and to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of welded conforming to IS 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrode of 2.5mm to 6.3 mm of Advani oerlikon (Adore)-CITOJET/ESAB make conforming to IS 814-1991, at site of work complete in all respect .The laying of Pipes conform to IS 5822 (with latest ammendentments upto date) including all kind of specials such as bends of all degrees to made from parent tube, short pieces, tail pieces all amde from parent tube within all leads and lifts (Earth work in trenches, MS flanges and butt welded joints to be measured and paid for seperately)
