M30 grade with 380 kg of PPC per cu.m. of concrete upto plinth level
Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.
Providing 40mm tick cencrete flooring with metalic concrete hardner topping at all levels and floors consisting of underlayer of 28mm thick cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 part Cement : 1 part Fine aggregate : 2 part Coarse aggregate of 12.5mm and below size) by volume, top layer of 12mm thick 1:2 mix (1 part cement with metallic hardener of Hardonate / Ironite or approved equivalent : 2 parts of stone aggregate of 6mm nominal size by volume) (metallic hardener and cement mixed ratio is 1:4) prepared as per manufacturer's instructions including chipping the concrete surface, finishing, curing, providing aluminium dividing strips, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Providing designing, erection and fixing prepainted galvalume (Zn-Al) steel (steel grade D:350Mpa min. Yield strength) sheets of 1.60mm thick with weight of 20.10kg/ sq.m approved manufactures confirming to ASTM A792Q standards to the required size aas per the site conditions (Approximately 0.912 (+/- 2mm) Width) necessary overlappings , driven screws, labour for fixing in positions transportations etc, including providing necessary electrical hangers (Approximately each electrical hangers around 25 kg) at every across 1.5m length and 3m along length and flashing by folding bottom sheet to cover the puff portion at the exposd edges/ ends, fixing rain water gutters lower ends etc., including Supply and Installation of 9 Nos. of 2ftX14ft Skylight (Polycarbonate) & 18 Nos. of 24” dia aluminium Turbo ventilator Module amd side faces of extreme end sheets etc., trimming , cutting to profile foam fillers all completed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturer specification. For roof cladding
Providing, fabricating & erection of Poly-carbonate sheet of 3 mm thick for roofing / skylight as per manufacturer's instructions. The Sheet fixing shall be done to suit the profile of zincalume corrugated sheet . The colour and quality of poly corbonate sheet sample shall be got approved by Engineer-incharge before ordering the bulk purchase.The rate is inclusive of bending the sheet to the truss profile,all fixtures required for fixing the side roof, cladding on all sides, ridges, wastages etc including water tightness all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing powder coating aluminium (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. NOTE: 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.
Providing Structural steel work in M.S plain plates and chequrred Plates in Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc. including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Structral steel plates to be used shall be of approved make.
Providing and fixing hand rail using M.S Tubes of ISI Marked (Medium) of specified Diameter to steel ladder railing, balcony railing & staircases railing including applying a priming coat of a zinc chromate steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications.
Supplying, fabricating, installing, placing and securing in position steel grills for windows comprising of square bars / MS flats as per detailed drawing including cutting, bending to shape, welding painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer complete all as per specification and drawings.
