Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 25mm maximum size graded agregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete al as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. M30 grade with 380 kg of PPC per cu.m. of concrete upto plinth level

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. For further details please see Clause 11 of Section VIII, General Information for Guidance of Tenderers.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing 40mm tick cencrete flooring with metalic concrete hardner topping at all levels and floors consisting of underlayer of 28mm thick cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 part Cement : 1 part Fine aggregate : 2 part Coarse aggregate of 12.5mm and below size) by volume, top layer of 12mm thick 1:2 mix (1 part cement with metallic hardener of Hardonate / Ironite or approved equivalent : 2 parts of stone aggregate of 6mm nominal size by volume) (metallic hardener and cement mixed ratio is 1:4) prepared as per manufacturer's instructions including chipping the concrete surface, finishing, curing, providing aluminium dividing strips, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Providing and constructing 200mm thick precast concrete solid blocks masonry wall in cement mortar 1:5 with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm in superstructure including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Acrylic emulsion paint (APEX or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plastering the internal surfaces of brickwork / concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork / concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 15mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork / concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes conforming to IS: 458, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2, laying to the levels, slopes including testing of joints etc. complete all as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC rain water downtake pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A and PVC SWR Fittings & specials confirming to IS: 14735, 'Finolex' or other approved equivalent make of pipes, fittings & specials including jointing with seal ring / with PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls/columns using clamps, anchor fasteners, bolts and teakwood packing pieces, joint testing etc complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing foundation bolts including nuts and washers of approved size, quality and make as per requirements as per specifications and drawings complete al as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters of approved make as per ISI standards made out of required size of MS Laths interlocked together throughout entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipes shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside & outside locking with Push and Pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs grade No. 2, and M.S Top cover of required thickness for Rolling Shutters.

Extra over the cost of rolling shutters for providing and fixing Motorized arrangements including designing, providing spring less motor, control panels, limit switches, etc of "Swastik" or "Windoors" make or equivalent approved make all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing roofing sheet, cladding with 0.47mm thick colour coated concelled system profile corrugated/semi corrugated/plain zincalume sheets of 55mpa yield stress (AS 1397 - Zincalume AZ 150) with coating class AS/NZS 2728 (minimum 150 grams per relevant standard) having a total coating thickness of 35 micron. The sheet should be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip manufactred from hi-tensile Aluminium Zinc alloy Zincalumen steel based and galvanized hooks. The clip should be fastened with minimum 40micron Zinc coated / minium 25micron Zinc-Tin alloy coated. The rate is inclusive of all fixtures required for fixing the side roof, cladding on all sides, ridges etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing designing, erection and fixing prepainted galvalume (Zn-Al) steel (steel grade D:350Mpa min. Yield strength) sheets of 1.60mm thick with weight of 20.10kg/ sq.m approved manufactures confirming to ASTM A792Q standards to the required size aas per the site conditions (Approximately 0.912 (+/- 2mm) Width) necessary overlappings , driven screws, labour for fixing in positions transportations etc, including providing necessary electrical hangers (Approximately each electrical hangers around 25 kg) at every across 1.5m length and 3m along length and flashing by folding bottom sheet to cover the puff portion at the exposd edges/ ends, fixing rain water gutters lower ends etc., including Supply and Installation of 9 Nos. of 2ftX14ft Skylight (Polycarbonate) & 18 Nos. of 24” dia aluminium Turbo ventilator Module amd side faces of extreme end sheets etc., trimming , cutting to profile foam fillers all completed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturer specification. Note: only laid area without overlapping will be measured for payment

For roof cladding

Providing, fabricating & erection of Poly-carbonate sheet of 3 mm thick for roofing / skylight as per manufacturer's instructions. The Sheet fixing shall be done to suit the profile of zincalume corrugated sheet . The colour and quality of poly corbonate sheet sample shall be got approved by Engineer-incharge before ordering the bulk purchase.The rate is inclusive of bending the sheet to the truss profile,all fixtures required for fixing the side roof, cladding on all sides, ridges, wastages etc including water tightness all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing powder coating aluminium (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. NOTE: 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S plain plates and chequrred Plates in Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc. including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Structral steel plates to be used shall be of approved make.

Providing and fixing hand rail using M.S Tubes of ISI Marked (Medium) of specified Diameter to steel ladder railing, balcony railing & staircases railing including applying a priming coat of a zinc chromate steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications.

Supplying, fabricating, installing, placing and securing in position steel grills for windows comprising of square bars / MS flats as per detailed drawing including cutting, bending to shape, welding painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer complete all as per specification and drawings.

Design, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of single girder EOT crane as per IS 3177:1999, IS 807:2006 as detailed below

2t capacity x 6000 mm span EOT single girder crane with 4.5 m lift including tools and tackles and recommended spare parts as given in Technical Specification.
