Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Three Phase Surge Protection Device (SPD) having 100KA 10/350 micro seconds neutral to earth, 50KA 10/350 micro sec line to neutral, limiting voltage less than 1.5KV, shall be provided on the mains power entry point at the incomers before UPS & shall be of modular type including 16 sq. mm copper wire of approximate length 12 mtrs for connecting surge protection device in parrellel to the busbar of the main electrical panel, 63 Amp 4 pole 3 phase MCB with enclosure with all accressories as required for installing SPD etc complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 32 Amps Multistage 1 phase Series Power Filter with neutral protection with MOV 40 KA + 25 KA rating in IP55 grade Powder coated metal enclosure with a 63 Amps service bypass changeover switch and copper inter connection cables and end termination etc. as required to be installed at input of the UPS/Voltage stabilizer in series complete as required.

Supplying and fixing 20 amps, 240volts SPN industrial type socket outlet with 2 pole and earth metal enclosed plug top along with 20 amps 'c' series SP MCB in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of the following MCBs, isolators in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc.

Supply of portable & rechargeble 8 Watt LED type emergency light with Minimum 4 hour backup and suitable for single phase 230 volt, 50 Hz, AC supply complete as required. Complete as required.( Or equivalent to Bajaj ELX 36 LED)

Supplying of 20W LED with street light IP 65/66 fitting with aluminum pressure die cast body, optic material polycarbonate & Electronic driver, useful life of 50000 hrs system luminous efficacy not less than 110 lm/watt ( Panasonic 20 Watt street light with product code - PSTM27208 Or equivalent) with suitable dia GI pipe ( B-Class) 1.5 M long bracket bent at 120 degree complete as required for installation at site.

Wiring for light / power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mm X 100mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in FRLS ont including jproviding and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps socket outlet and 15/16 amps piano type switch, connection, painting etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm dia of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/ recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Providing, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of ‘Silent Type’ Diesel Generating set alongwith having Prime Power Rating of 30 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 V suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system & for 0.85 Load Factor and consisting of the followings: (a) Diesel Engine: Diesel engine 4 stroke water cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. (b) Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for following: (i) Start-stop switch with key (ii) Water temperature indication (iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication (iv) Lubrication oil temperature indication (v) Battery charging indication (vi) RPM indication (vii) Over speed indication (viii) Low lub. Oil trip indication (ix) Engine Hours indication (c) Alternator : Synchronous alternator rated at 30 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class- H insulation.

(d) Base Frame & Foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. (e) Exhaust System: Dry exhaust mainfold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor. (f) Starting System: 12V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries (18 plates, 110 Amp. Hour capacity lead acid type) as required as per specifi cations. (g) Accoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifi cations. (h) Design, fabrication, supply , installation, testing and commissioning of dust & vermin proof Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) panel with suitable by pass arrangement complete with relays, timers, set of CTs for metering & protection and energy analyser to , control cabling from AMF panel to diesel engine , all complete and inter locking including the LED indicating lamps.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc with charcole/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm coper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Providing and fixing G.I. Buckets of 9 ltr. Capacity (04 Nos. Buckets in each set painted with red oxide and red paint and written with white paint "Fire" and mounted on MS angle iron bracket of size 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm thick and 500 mm long i/c. providing and fixing on floor etc. as required i/c. filling with dry sand.

Dismentalling of 30 KVA DG Set with AMF Panel including disconnecting all Cables and wire from System and removing DG from power house room for Handing over to AAI at site.
