Dismantling of metal/aluminium partition of any thickness and any description, including cover fillets etc; all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame)

Providing and fixing factory made white colour uPVC frame as in fixed partition, made of uPVC extruded profiles with wall thickness of (2.3mm to 2.5mm), frame profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame (74mm x 60mm), coupling conector (60mm x 16mm) for glazing with (6mm CT +10AG +6mm) dgu glass with glazing beads (20mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement of fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket (1.2mm to 3mm) thick, GI of (1.2mm to 1.5mm) thick in frame which will be fixed by wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, complete as per manufacturer's specification including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note:- Glazing glass shall be paid separately.

Providing and fixing factory made white colour uPVC casement door made of uPVC extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm, door profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame (74mm x 60mm), Sash (106mm x 60mm), T-profile (one vertical length in between two shutters 60mm x 72 mm), glazed through (6mm CT +10AG +6mm) dgu glass with glazing beads (20mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement of fixing of hardware G-U/PEGO Brand, EPDM gasket 1.5mm thick, galvanised steel frame to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, complete as per manufacturer's specification including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note:- Glazing glass shall be paid separately.

Supply only (6mm CT+10AG+6mmCT) dgu tuffened glass in uPVC frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling celling board any thickness, including cover fillets.

S&F of Gl frame work for ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including hanger 4mm dia (upto 1200mm lenth)made out of GI flat 40x3mm size of 60cm long with expansion hold fastener 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HSPC non asbestos fibre cement building boards 4mm thick, pre primed, self embossed fixed or laid/ inserted to GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of antistatic false floor of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing of antistatic false flooring (raised access floor) in position after necessary repair in framework complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for antistatic false flooring (raised access floor) system consist of USF 1000 HPL finish panel 600x600x35mm and understructure for 450mm finish height incl all fitting and fixures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for SS single directional air flow grill 55% perforation make UFLEX with volume control Damper for duct 600x600mm in size all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs heavy duty aluminum extruded sction door closer hydraulically requalated designation No. 3 universal type, sutiable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight not more than 35 Kg and fixed.

Repair to tuffen glass door 12mm thick card/key operated including taking down and refixing the same after complete alinement including oiling, greasing and replacement of small fittings such as stainless steel heavy duty hinges, pintels etc., as functioning properly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
