B/R PORTION

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete all as directed.

Taking down roof trusses, coupled rafters or trussed beams clear span above 4 m to 8 m etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embeded in concrete ,brickwork ,masonry etc any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed on concrete, brick work, masonry, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings unframed work under 40 sq. cm in section as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. complete all as specified.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and scantaling.

Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in full brick thick walls, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in two layers (10mm+5mm) on brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC on second layer finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note- supply only WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1.5mm thick wall care putty including primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of 1.5mm thick wall care putty including priming coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc.with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated/ semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as iridges, hips, valley cutters, eave board etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work in tubular trusses/purlins/rafts/post etc including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1239 complete as specified and directed.

M&L Rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered), channels, square cut or notched (ordinary or counter sunk) forming holes , with riveted, bolted or welded attachment etc, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 compete as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and n.exe 10cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new iron and steel surfaces of any description, exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exc. 1.5 sq.m each and removing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames (without taking off shutter from the frame) exc. 1.5 sq.m but not exc. 4 sqm each and removing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 1.25 mm thick pressed steel door frames of size 125 mm x 60 mm with one or more rebated including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc including filling PCC M-15 (1:2:4) in hollow portion etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 30mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commerical type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton door shutters open rebated of second class hard wood rail and styles, prepared to receive glass/gauge etc without sash bars, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauge etc. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 clause 8.24(a) and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- S & F Glass/gauge shall be measured and paid for separately)

S & F of stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm long Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 300 mm aluminium alloy sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100 mm size Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150 mm Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel 300mm, ordinary rat tail rod pattern spring including roller and roller plate complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise describe over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium anodised doors/windows /ventilators/partitions etc with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete with frames, shutters and grills, etc (The design/pattern, profile size & other dimensions shall be all as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site) including aluminium handles, tower bolts, grills, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Floor door spring, sheet glass, wire cloth, lock, etc shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for 4 mm thick frosted sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/wooden beads in squares not exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinfocements will be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item

M&L for formwork to rough finished surfaces of flat concrete, sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for TMT bars upto 10mm, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm to 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bending with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing anodized aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605mm x 605mm complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 4mm thick, Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed in ceiling or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screws, etc complete as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floor or in foundation/road side berms, embankments etc as in sand cushioning including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for broken stone or boulders hard core of gauge n.exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base and plinth protection finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic light shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick pre polished machine cut Kota stone slab flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional and termite treatment alongwith external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc and finished upto delivered level in apron complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing post constructional anti termite treatment by making hole of 12mm dia to be drilled at 300mm apart at the junction of external and internal wall with floor and construction /expansion joint , if any, ground floor only and pouring the emulsion at the rate of one litre per hole and plugging the same with white or coloured cement to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work such as chowkats of wooden doors, window, ventilators, loft, wardrobes, etc by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosin based solution) @ 0.5 ltr/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same etc complete all as specified and as directed.

E/M PORTION

Taking down carefully copper / Aluminium point wiring including (light, fan, socket or power complete fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, Batten holders, shades conical fan regulators, light or power sockets etc) removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls roofs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

One light/ Fan/Bell point controlled by one no one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on independent board with cable of 1.5 sqmm size.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on same board with other switch complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.2.02 above but wiring with 4sqmm multistranded copper conductor unsheathed and 4 sqmm copper conductor unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor for one 3 pin 15/16 Amps switch socket combination on independent board.

M&L for Lamp holder, PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate strainght or angular 240 volt, 50Hz, suitable for angle/batten fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface bakelite two to three terminal 65 x 50 mm 250/230 volts, PVC round block, 6A, pilot 2 plate, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, inverter light with 04 hr bachup, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair LED invertor lights fitting, batten with square profile and polycarbonate channel, lithium ion battery with charging time 8hours-10hours and back up time 3 to 4 hours, capacity 1x18W/20W, 220V, AC decorative box type, driver with LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair factory made MCB SPN distribution board in sheet steel enclosure double door 8 ways, 240 Volts IP 43 protection, isolated neutral bar, insulated bus bar assembly, mechanical strength of IK09 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB, SPN, 240 volts, 'C' Curve, 40 to 63 Amps, 10 KA, confirming to IS/IEC 60898-1 (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB, SP, 240 volts, 'C' Curve, 06 to 32 Amps, 10 KA, confirming to IS/IEC 60898-1 (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring concealed with two run of single core 6 Sqmm (FRLSH) PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor (multi stranded) 1100 volts grade, ISI marked drawing in and including PVC rigid non metalic PVC concealed and conduit of adequate size with proper colour coding and making electric connections & accessories like bends, tee, etc fixed on recess of wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including one run 6 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed including taking down old submain wiring of any type, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (i) Quoted shall deemed to be included for cutting and chasing for conduits and sinking for boxes, making holes in wall/floor for passing through conduit and making good to wall/concrete/floor etc (ii) 2 runs of main wire, 1 run of earth wire, 1 run of PVC Conduit with accessories shall be measured as one length.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SI Part I all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing Modular switch one way modular type, white, 16 Amp, 240 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair LED security light fitting 35 Watt, new generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP-65/66 roadway luminaire with high power LED source with acrylic cover including 25mm bore light grade GI pipe fixed as bracket, on wall any type, not less than 1.5 m long and bent to shape as required complete with sutiable clamp made out of Flat iron of required size duly fixed with neccessary nuts, bolts, washers etc fixed to pole complete with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxidecomplete all as specified and as directed.
