01.Repairs to VPSC Building at Ayakkaranpulam 4 Panchayat. Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone M.Sand) 12mm thick

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Distempering the old walls and ceiling one coat with best oil bound distemper of approved quality including preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes,

Painting the newly plastered wall surface with two coats of colour emulsion outside the building over one coat of cement primer including clearing the surface in all floors etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting the old iron works two coats with syntactic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including ordinary scraping using brushes and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

02. Repairs and renovation of 30000 ltr OHT at Thimmappanayakkankuthagai in Ayakkaranpulam 4 Panchayat. Dismantling the existing plastering surface to provide new plastering and clearing away the material from the site etc., complete

Supply and erection of steel centering, shuttering for soffits and sides including necessary supports and strutting for all RCc works using MS Sheets of suitable size of BG10 stiffened With MS angle of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over I type MS truss etc., complete.

Reinforced Cement Mix M30 grade using 10mm and 20mm Hard blue granite broken stone (machine crushed) excluding the cost of RTS rods for reinforcement and centering, strutting, shuttering etc., complete.

Spl Plastering in CM 1:3 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour and other incidental charges for curing etc., complete.

Supply of fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel/ Ribbed for steel grills for al RCC work as per design given including cost of steel and G.I.binding wire in all floorsetc., complete complying with standard specification etc., complete.

Emulsion with oil Painting with ready mixed approval colour paint two coat over including conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.
