Except Sunday and National holidays. Daily services shall be from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for a running of 2000 KM in a month as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. | 4SPECIAL CONDITIONS :- 1. The work shall be executed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2. The Rates inclusive cost of fuel, servicing and maintenance of Vehicle and services of Driver and all taxes as per Govt. rules. 3. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account. However the quoted rates shall be inclusive of GST. 4. The normal 8.00 hours duty period will be 9:30 AM to 05:30 PM each day. if vehicle is required beyond 8 hours, the same shall be provided as per directions of Engineer –in-charge & payment will be made as per Item 1 above. 5. The Agency only will be responsible for damaged on account of any accident, repairs of the vehicle and all such expenditures shall be borne by the agency. 6. The department can terminate/ close the agreement any time without any notice. 7. In case breakdown of the vehicle the agency shall have to arrange for another vehicle. In case no vehicle is provided on any day (s), recovery at the rates of Rs. 1500/- per day shall be made. 8. The agency shall abide by all traffic laws & rules, other regulations of transport department in regard to operation of hired vehicle. 9. The driver of vehicle must have valid Indian Driving License & shall abide by all traffic rules & regulations. 10. The Income Tax, Surcharge & GST as applicable shall be deducted from the due payment. 11. Payment will be made monthly on receipt of bill from contractor/ agency. 12. Time allowed for the work is 180 days. | |||||
