REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF CGI SHEET, WALL PANELING AND MISC WORK OF BLDG UNDER AGE(I) DARJEELING

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and removing materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing PVC false ceiling consisting of 600 mm x 600 mm, 5 mm thick plain PVC sheets of density 600 kg/cum, manufactured by an ISI certified company used as panel insert in a frame work, made using powder coated aluminium T-section of sizes 1” x 1” (25 mm x 25 mm), 19 gauge or 1 mm thick in square type of grid sizes of 2’ x 2’ (600 mm x 600 mm). The aluminium framework is supported from the ceiling and wall with the help of ‘J’ hook and GI wire/ 6 mm M.S rods of required sizes to maintain proper level etc complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge and manufacturer’s specification & drawing all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old plain or corrugated steel sheeting of, any gauge, thickness as in roof coverings and segregation serviceable sheet, keep them safe custody for reuse and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre- painted aluminium zinc corrugated steel sheet (galvalume base) of thickness 0.5mm, in colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/Cladding to wall and profile as approved by AGE(I) and to be factory moulded and fixed with hot dipped galvanised (not less than 150 gm/sqm) with high durable protective triple coated self tapping screws/self drilling screws, to suit the roofing in customized colour matching with the colour of roof covering / cladding to wall and screws are to be fixed using torque adjustable electronic gun screws driller of suitable capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating (zinc coating not less than 150 gm/Sqm) GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old decayed timber scantling 40 Sq cm and over in section in any position unframed work including removing of dismantled material from work site all as directed.

Dismantling of old decayed timber fillets under 40 Sq cm in section, framed work as in fillets, rail, posts, rafters, purlins etc including removing of dismantled material from work site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 2nd class hard wood as in scantling, clean sawn, timber fixed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of wood and wood based materials, new or old surfaces of any description and girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of creosote oil complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks etc including cleaning or refixing or removing from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 180mm bore PVC (SWR) half round gutter drain pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 180mm PVC (SWR) joint socket as in gutter drain pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 180mm PVC (SWR) joint tee with end cap as in gutter drain pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 180mm PVC (SWR) pipe clamp as in gutter drain pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes, type 'B', single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm bore dia (any radius) complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of boarding of any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick 2nd class soft wood planed one side & edges tongued and grooved or rebated with butt joints as in wall panelling and similar work fixed with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm tick 2nd class hardwood planed one side with butt joints as in shelves of cupboards, racks and pelmets, eaves board and skirting work fixed with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 2nd class hardwood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section clean sawn area exc 13 sqcm but n.exc 25 sqcm secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No. 20.00 here-in-before but for bull nosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face fixed with screws area exc 6 sqcm but n.exc 13 sqcm, wrought complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for french polishing on surfaces of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surfaces including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- (i) Any damage occurred during dismantling should be made good by the contractor at his own cost and the cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
