Design, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Free standing Floor mounting CPRI certified Indoor panel board made up of 2mm thickness powder coated CRCA sheet steel with Siemens grey paint. The panel should comprising of (i) Incomer - 125A TPN 35kA MCCB with Thermal and Magnetic Release with front operated handle and R Y B indications , ON/OFF/Trip indications,HRC fuse carriers for control wiring and toggle Switches, Digital Voltmeter and Ammeter with required 125A CT (ii) Out going - 7 Nos of individual Three phase Metering provision with see through glass, 6 nos of individual 32A TPN MCB, 1 nos 63A TPN & 7 Nos of individual Neutral Link, and Double Side Panel Earthing with 25 x 3mm Cu earthing, 10 sq mm Single stand copper Wires for inter Connection of all services as per TNEB Standard and (iii) the bus bar chamber should be with 25x3mm cu bus bar for 3 Phases and Neutral and 1 x 1/8 mm cu bus for earth in a bus bar chamber The panel should be powder coat paint of approved colour

approved by the site officer and also the danger board. The capacity of the switches size of incoming and out going cable the place to which the supply is fed should be mounted on switch chamber. The panel board should be mounted on MS channel provided all around the bottom of the panel. The whole arrangement should be erection of a angle iron frame pedestal to be constructed with suitable foundation bolts and nuts such that the lowest switch handle is at a height of 1.0 m from the ground level and with necessary earth connection.

Supply and earthing as per PWD standard with an earth electrode of 2 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work
