M&L for mils steel galvanised powder coated T-grid frame work of make as approved by GE for suspended false ceiling with size of grid 600 x 600mm consisting of main tee/ runner of size 35 x 25 x 1.3 mm, cross tee of size 25 x 25 x 1.3 mm and wall angle of size 25 x 25x 1.5 mm suspended @ 1.2M c/c both way with and including 4mm dia GI wire with J hook, nuts/bolts, butterfly clips, soffit cleat/ rawl plug etc as per manufacturer's instructions and 8mm thick pre-primed, self embossed, textured designer, water & termite resistant calcium silicate boards for insulation complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix factory made steel ventilators with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay complete all as specified & directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples or any other means as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350x250x7mm or 450x350x7mm thick as approved by GE on vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement forming joints to full depth at every 3M intervals and at every change of direction and filing with bitumen sand mixture 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster etc on brick walls/ concrete (ceiling) surfaces of any descriptions including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water and disposal of unserviceable materials to out side of MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for RCC as in kitchen platform ,shelves ,& chajjas etc, 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) including necessary fair finish formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for machine cut Cudappah stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick laid over the cement screed base as in shelf for cooking platform including rubbing, polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and apply two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of appropriate primer for smooth finish of wall complete all as specified and directed.
