Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for taking out / laying pipes etc. and getting out, in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material, soils, n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, jointing & testing of Ductile iron (DI), pressure pipes with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class K-9, with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS:8329 and other relevant standards and metalic zinc coating followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side, suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket joint) in any length with inside cement mortar lining, 250 mm bore laid in trenches, including taking out the old CI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CI sluice valve of size 250 mm bore with brass spindle and cast iron hand wheel complying with IS:14846-2000, class PN 1.6 both ends flanged complete with rubber/fibre board insertion gasket joints, nuts, bolts & washers of required size & Nos complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair CI sluice valve of size 200 mm bore with brass spindle and cast iron hand wheel complying with IS:14846-2000, class PN 1.6 both ends flanged complete with rubber/fibre board insertion gasket joints, nuts, bolts & washers of required size & Nos complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair cast iron air release valve of size 50mm with two air outlets both end flanged with rubber insertion gaskets (2 Nos) joints, nuts bolts and washers of required size complying with IS:14845-2000 and fixing up suitable for 200mm boreCI/DI supply mains complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for making horizontal bore hole under road surfaces,upto 250mm bore by trenchless techonology using ultra sounding technoque and necessary machines as required suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure at a depth of not less than 1.00 meters below the road surfaces for passing out pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Work shall be carriede out at night hours only and work to be completed on the same day. (ii) Necessary safety precautions/arrangement for road traffic, boards/signs required to be made by the contractor (iii) Liasioning with civil authorites for smooth progress of work/smooth running of traffic to be mainted by the contractor (iv) Cost of horizontal boring is deemed to be inclusive of all the aspects as mentioned above and nothing shall be admissible at later stage

M&L Construction Brick Masonry Valve Pit of size 1200x12000x1200 mm (Internal Dimension) one Brick thick Wall in Cement Mortar 1:4 on 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundation, Rendering 15mm thick internally and externally upto 150mm below GL, providing 3.0mm thick MS Sheet Valve Pit Cover, welded with 40x5mm Flat Iron Frame alround including provision of Hinges, Handle with Locking Arrangement and 40x40 x6mm Angle Iron Frame fixed on top of Valve Pit by means of holdfast 150mm long, embedd -ed in PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Block of size 230x200x100 mm, applying two coats of Anti-corrosive Paint to all exposed Steel Surfaces over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome Primer after preparation of Surfaces and necessary Earth Work in Soft/ Loose Soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L steel tubular swaged poles, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.00 meter long, inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces and making strip 150mm wide in alternate layer of black and yellow syntheic enamel paint upto 1.5 metre above Coping, including dismanting old unserviceable pole, complete all as specified and as directed.(The poles shall confirm to IS - 2713 & each component pipe shall be ISI Marked & confirm to IS - 1161) NOTE : Earthwork, cement concrete will be measured and paid seperately under appropiate items

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type-C2 with using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation for pole/stay and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)as in coping of poles including all necessary formwork complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L sand cushioning in cable trenches over & under the cable, with river washed coarse sand,(approved source) as per standard practice with proper compaction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for brick protection for protection of cable over sand cushioning cables inside the trench by using common brunt clay building bricks sub-class “B” old size brick and flat and width wise along the axis of the trench complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L thermpolastic cable junction box IP55 with metric knocknouts for cable entry and 4 way terminal of size 167mm x 125mm x 82mm fixed in position with aluminum clamps of size 25mm x 3mm and necssary nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 Sq.mm size two core PVC insulated cppper conductor cable of for connection from junction box to street light fittings run through pole complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 32mm bore GI pipe bracket (Light Grade) of length 1.5 mtrs bent to shape and fixed with 25mm x 4mm MS flat with necessary nuts, bolts, washers etc, as required and painting with two coats of syntheic enamel paint over a coat of primer anf fixed to pole complete all as specified and as directed.
