Attending the breakdown of any capacity/make DG Sets, AMF Panels, by Technician & helper for checking all components and rectify the fault and give report to concern JE complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Spare Parts for rectify the fault is measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Renewal/ repairs of unserviceable automatic voltage regulator (AVR) upto 125 KVA DG set including all spares, testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- As per OEM approved make.

M&L for Renewal/ repairs of unserviceable automatic voltage regulator (AVR) above 125KVA and upto 250 KVA DG set including all spares, testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- As per OEM approved make.

M&L for Dismantling of exhaust pipe of the DG set by unscrewing nuts and bolts and taking down the pipe with muffler removing the burnt out asbestos rope and well wrapping with new aluminium metal cladding with glass wool including cleaning the silencer, and fixing the same in its original position complete all as directed by Engineer- in- Charge for the following capacity DG Sets. (a) up to 125KVA

Above 125 KVA to 250 KVA DG set.

M&L for Disconnecting all electrical connections from the unserviceable self starter of any make/ capacity model 24 volts and taking down the self starter and transporting to civil workshop for carrying out repairs, complete overhauling the system including replacing the unserviceable parts like bearings, carbon brushes, clutch plates etc & assembling including after repair refixing the self starter in its original position,making all connection as per DG Set OEM recomendation, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Supply only Armature coil, field coil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Supply only Armature coil for self starter of any make, any capacity and any model 24 Volts including testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Rewinding of field coil for self starter of 24 volts with fine enamelled copper conductor of same gauge with 'F' class insullation, size twins and weight with necessary insulating materials, guage of conductor suitablef any make, any capacity and any model complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Disconnecting the oil cooler of capacity above 125kVA to 250KVA DG set of any make/ model from the existing locations duly removing of all mechanical connections and taking down the same for complete servicing opening the parts and cleaning thoroughly by using suitable cleaning material and acid and reassembling and refixing in its original position, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for Disconnecting all the incoming and outgoing rubber hoses and draining out the water from the choked radiator assembly of the existing make and model and various capacities of DG sets and taking down the radiator assembly by unscrewing all mechanical/electrical connections from the existing mounting, transporting the same to civil workshop for carrying out servicing, opening the top and bottom covers of radiator assembly cleaning thoroughly the chocked pipe of the radiator by using chemical detergent, lime caustic soda, cotton etc., cleaning of all the deposited sediments in the pipes/tubes including arresting of leakage by means of soldering, brazing and transporting back to site and refixing the same in its original position with suitable size nuts, bolts and washers and Anti vibrating mounting(AVM) pads as required as per OEM recomendation etc., for the following DG sets all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge: (a) Upto 125 KVA DG Set

M&L disconnecting & removing the unservicable DC wiring from DG set of any type/any make/any model/any capacity and rewiring with the same with suitable new copper wire to existing guage wire by providing flexible pipe including making all electrical connections as per OEM recomendation for satisfactory completion of job & checking of electrical/electronic spares working condtion and testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of new copper wire cost in the unit rate.

M&L for replacement of existing unserviceable water temperature gauge with new water temperature gauge for the DG set of any description inclduing making necessary electrical /mechanical connections and taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: MICHELIN/VOROLY/PSA/ DANFOSS or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for replaceemnt of existing unserviceable lubricant oil temperature gauge with new lubricant oil temperature gauge for the DG set of any capacity inclduing making necessary electrical /mechanical connections and taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: MICHELIN/VOROLY/PSA/ DANFOSS or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for replacement of existing unserviceable oil pressure gauge with new oil pressure gauge for the DG SET of any capacity inclduing making necessary electrical /mechanical connections and taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: MICHELIN/VOROLY/PSA/ DANFOSS or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable solenoid switch with new solenoid switch 12volts for DG set of any make and any capacity inclduing making necessary electrical /mechanical connections and taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- OEM recomended

M&L for replacement of unserviceable solenoid switch with new solenoid switch 24volts for DG set of any make and any capacity inclduing making necessary electrical /mechanical connections and taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Drain out the fuel from the fuel tank of DG set of capacity 400 Ltrs and above and keeping it in separate container safely, disconnecting all the fuel lines and other mechanical connections and taking out the fuel tank for cleaning, internally and externally by removing all the accumulated dirt/ sediment, leak testing the tank and welding/ brazing including one coat of synthetic enamel paint, refixing the tank in its original position, replacing the drain plug and PVC pipe, calibrating the fuel tank, refilling the drained out fuel back into the tank and marking of liters in gauge and provision of locking arrangements complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Description all as per item No. 32 above but upto 250 Ltrs complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Removing of defective engine oil control pressure switch supply & fix new engine oil control pressure switch suitable for above 30 KVA to 250 KVA DG set complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make as per OEM Recommendation.

M&L disconnecting & removing the unservicable AC wiring from AMF panel of DG set of any type/any make/any model/any capacity and rewiring with the same with suitable new copper wire to existing guage wire by providing flexible pipe including making all electrical connections as per OEM recomendation for satisfactory completion of job & replacement of electrical/electronic spares and testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Supply,install, test, commissioning & run the DG set's Fly-wheel Ring of Fly-wheel Assembly of existing model,size suitable to existing DG Set of capacity above 125kVA up to 250 KVA including taking down old Unserviceable complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnect the Radiator and kept aside safely and taking down the old unserviceable water pump from the existing engine of DG set any make/model, capacity up to 125 KVA supply and fixing of new water pump & kit,reassembling the same and refixing the pump to the engine of DG set, refixing Radiator and testing, including making all Electrical/mechanical connections,commissioning as per OEM recomendation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnect the Radiator and kept aside safely and taking down the old unserviceable water pump from the existing engine of DG set any make/model, capacity above 125KVA and up to 250 KVA supply and fixing of new water pump & kit,reassembling the same and refixing the pump to the engine of DG set, refixing Radiator and testing, including making all Electrical/mechanical connections,commissioning as per OEM recomendation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, Fix & test run the DG set after replacing Diesel feeder Pump of existing model,size suitable to DG Set of capacity 35 KVA to 250 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting all electrical & mechanical connections,Dismantle the Engine (make KIRLOSKER/ CUMMINS /GREAVES/ GREAVES COTTON/ASIATIC/ RUSTON) from 35KVA to 250 KVA DG set capacities located at various location under AGE E/M-I(U) and transported to OEM Authorised service center for complete overhauling, replacing the following unservicable worn-out spares with new appropriate make minor spares & major spares (minor spares- up to Rs 2500/Each), after assembling the spares the Engine again shfted to original existing place and reassembled to alternator& radiator,AMF panel/Electrical panel board of DG set complete testing, commissioning all as per OEM recomendation and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: -(i) Major Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of Manpower, Crane charges for transporting engine to workshop and back after repairs

M&L taking down defective Turbo Charger Assembly duly disconnecting the mechanical and electrical connections from DG Set, opening and thoroughly checking to carry out repairs complete to the Turbo Charger Kit and spares as required at site including any mechanical and reassembling and refixing the turbo charger assembly to its original position and reconnecting the same for the following capacities including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for maintenence free safe earthing electrode (SEE) designed pipe in pipe technology, set of 3 Nos earth pit duly inter connected with copper earth strip 25 mm x 3 mm, each earth pit having outer pipe of size 76.3mm dia and inner pipe of size 42.4 mm dia, each GI pipe have 2 mtr long duly zinc and alloy coated having zinc coating (80-100) microns to whole length of pipe and alloy coating 250-300 micron to upper 300mm length of pipe, inside filled with crystal conductive compound (CCC) having anti corrosive and conductive properties to provide annular space of earth electrode and external black fill compound two bag of 25 kg mixed with soil all arround the earth pipe for retaining moisture, reduce the soil resistivity and dissipation of fault current, connected to earthing test point including excavation, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover 50 mm thick, lifting rod 8mm dia, GI protection pipe 40 mm dia light grade for protection of inter connecting earthing strip from mechanical protection and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Copper Strip 20 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground to interconnect the earth pit to equipment room Note: (a) Copper sockets and connector bolts nuts washers and drilling holes shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoteed. (b) Excavation and earth work where ever required shall be carried out in this item only (c) On testing after completion of earthing earth restiance shall be less than 1 Ohm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in - charge

Supply & lay Galvanised Iron tubing 40mm bore, light grade in protection of cable at road crossing/hard standing/pole protection fixed with MS clamps of size 40 X 4 mm, nut bolts and washer as per site requirement including taking down old unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of the DG Sets of 35 KVA to 125 KVA capacity including degreasing and spray painting the DG sets with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and writing SM/MES No including painting on concrete surfaces of foundations with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting of road/hard standing upto a size not exceeding 20 cm in width and not exceeding 60 cm in depth for laying of LT UG cable/protection pipe line making good the disturbed portion so as to match existing finishing with PCC 1:2:4 type B1/cement mortar in CM (1:2) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for double sided Glow sign board of size as directed by Engineer-in-Charge showing location/details of power house/ tech area and writing of letters (block, roman, italic) on flex sheets and the sides of perimeter covered with PGI Sheet 24 SWG, properly overlapped or mounted on MS iron 35x35x5 mm 'H' frame with cross brasing including fixing of LED 4 feet 18 W inside of the each board with required point wiring with suitable size of stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated FR cables complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces for outdoor/indoor Amf panel/LT Panel of any size with applying two coat of synthetic enamelled grey paint after removing all dust & rust and paint shall confirm to IS 2032 complete all as specified .

S&F in replacement of microprocessor based control unit suitable to DG set of any capacity with all listed parameters as per recomendation including testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : KIRLOSKAR/LUMINUS/GREAVES/ ASHOK LEYLAND or equivalent as approved by GE.

S &F Door hinges of any capacity of DG Sets as suitable for existing one as specified and directed. Make KIRLOSKAR/LUMINUS/GREAVES/ ASHOK LEYLAND or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only cotton waste for cleaning for DG Set and surrounding area complete all as specfied and directed. Make : KIRLOSKAR/LUMINUS/GREAVES/ ASHOK LEYLAND or equivalent as approved by GE.

Repair/maintenance, excluding major spares but including regualr maintenance of the Automatic Power factor correction panel capacity up to 100 KVARs and up 8 stages installed at various locations at CDM area including carrying out complete maintenance/repairs as required of all the sub systems viz. based control panels, feeder pillar, APFC relay, Power capacitor bank, Power contactors, Control wiring, Monitoring CT, MCBs/MCCBs for isolation (with all the accessoires) any breakdown maintenance and replacement of unserviceable parts, refixing of old serviceable parts/new parts if any project completion and trouble shooting responsibility also lies with contractor including following provisions complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of checking of system fortnightly, repavement of defective control wiring, small part such as Push button, lugs any auxilary contatct,auto selctor switch etc and necessary servicing repair by expert technician and register will be maintaned for the same. (ii) The scope of work includes the labour charges required for removing, repairing, refixing, carrying out electrical termination, capacitors bank, APFC relay, power contactor, contol CT, MCBs/MCCB and fixing/installing/testing and commissioning the complete system.
