Demolition of brick work above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all lead & lift as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains in all length and width , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (One point five metre), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads and lifts in all kinds of soil including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30×30×5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies upto any height in all floor level of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work as per CPWD specifications 2019 in foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in cement concrete grade 1:3:6 (one cement :three coarse sand :six graded stone aggreate) 20 mm(Twenty milimillter) norminal size grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering upto plinth level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete M-20 (M-twenty) design mix with minimum cement contents not less than 350 kgs.(three hundred fifty kilogram) per cubic metre mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work in up to plinth level, foundations, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete upto all height as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortor 1:6 (one cement: six coarse sand) as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, good service tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level in any floor/height in cement mortor 1:4 (one cement: four coarse sand) as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

15 mm ( fifteen millimetre) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 ( one cement : four Fine sand) complete at all floor level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm( three point eighty four kilogram per ten square meter)) complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work approved make i.e.TATA/JINDAL San HARVIC Steelman Industries P.D. Industries metal windows, Chandni Industires Ganpati Udyog (Rajpura) ,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structure steel etcetera as required lead paint in gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works complete upto all heights/all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks 80mm (Eighty millimetre) thick of M-30 (thirty) grade with approved color design and pattern in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm(fifty millimetre) thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete as per CPWD specification 2019 including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
