ADDN/ALTN FOR ROOF TREATMENT AND CONNECTED B/R WORKS IN JCOs/OR MD ACCN IN BANA SINGH ENCLAVE AND PROVN OF CUPBOARD IN KITCHEN OF JCOs/OR MD ACCN OF 60 MED REGT AT DUNDAHERA MIL STN GURUGRAM UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE SOUTH DELHI CANTT-10

Dismantling of brick tiles (laid flat or on edge) on roof surfacelaid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud phaska as in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leeping upto two storey bldg incl necessary scaffolding arrangement including removing from MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface to be cleaned properly with wire brush to remove dust/loose particles from the surface, all the cracks should be opened in V groove and sealed properly with polyurethane sealant or polymer modified mortar. The surface should be oil and dirt free & in case of any unsound surface replastering to be done properly after application of SBR bonding coat. unsound horizontal surfaces to be filled with free-flowing micro concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof pedding , finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,including cleaning the concrete surface by steel wire brushes, up to 4 stories bldgs, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for priming the roof surface with bitumenous primer @ 0.4 litres / Sqm and thereafter supply and laying Polymeric membrane 3.0 mm thick of weight not less than 3.50 Kg per Sqm with centre layer core of 90 micron high molecular density polyethylene film and bonded completely to the surface with overlap of 10 cm (overlap to be thermo fused by frame) and applying a coat of aluminium paint including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth including mixing with integral WPC, all as specified .all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing treatment will be done by authorized applicator of APP membrane manufacturer which will further have to give a ten years warranty for rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed by engaging local labour.

M&L for injecting chemical chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate for Post Construction Anti termite Treatment Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Anti termite Treatment Post Construction of soil under existing floors using chemical chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match,including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical surface 300x600 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match,including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.
