Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 40mm dia conforming to IS, approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25mm bore GI tubing (light grade) complete with all fittings and fixture for fixing of aviation obstruction light, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED flood light 120 watt outdoor type, IP 65/66 including fixing arrangement as per site requirement including PVC copper cable 2.5 Sqmm 3 core and connecting existing system, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in gorund (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr normal ground level),and top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised means of earth wire 4mm dia with bolts, nuts & check nuts, and washers of galvanised iron protection pipe light grade of 20mm bore and watering pipe GI medium grade of 20mm bore and filled with alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, watering funnel with wire mesh, earth pit chamber and cover CI frame PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I (2009) connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated, including all earth work excavation, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and installation of maintenance free earthing system comprises of molecularly bonded copper of 99.9% purity on low carbon steel of 3 m length, having a diameter of 25 mm with copper coating thickness of 250 microns with fault current withstand capability of 30 KA rms value of 1 second and I peak of 80 KA, tested as per IEC 62561-2, meets the requirement of IS-3043 & IEC 60364-5-54, tested in CPRI for short circuit with standing capacity, earth conductivity enhancing mineral compound to be used as a backfill compound for earth electrodes; highly conductive in all weather conditions is used for improving the soil conductivity. The material shall be mineral inert to sub soil and shall not pollute the environment and non corrosive to earth rod. The material should have a resistivity less than 0.2 ohm -m. It should be free from hazardous substances. The mineral compound is required to have minimum 25 kg of the total composite, Universal clamp made of SS 304 for clamping, Polypropylene & polyethylene earth electrod inspection chamber with heavy duty cover should be used to cover the earth rod. The dimension shall be 170mm x 170mm x 190mm with a weight bearing capacity of 50 KN. including provision and laying copper flat 32 x 6mm thick from earth electrode to earthing test point directly in ground as required cross sectional area of 150mm square, as per DIN EN 62561-2 (VDE 0185 -561-2) & VDE0185/305, IEC 62305 including taking down old unserviceable earthing of any description, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Fresh soil shall be filled around earthing not less than 1m x 1m pit size to get better result shall be included in the quoted rates and unit quoted rate shall deemed to be included for the provision of earth filling. (ii) Earth work and excavation in any type of soil shall deemed included in the unit rate.

S & F copper strip of size 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors with rubber & bitumen washer & fixed to porcelain insulator on wall for down conductor including taking down old unserviceable copper strip of any size, complete all as specified and directed Note :- Copper strip & test point should be bounded by brazingFresh soil shall be filled around earthing not less than 1m x 1m pit size to get better.

S & F test point termination blok of size 75mm × 75mm × 25mm made of Gum Metal or phospherous bronze drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal headed screw and box of size 90mm ×90 mm × 90 mm (Made out of 1.6mm thick plain brass sheet )and screwed to wall for protection of test point including taking down old unserviceable copper strip of any size, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Copper strip & test point should be bonded by brazing.)

S & F in repair for GI strip of size 25 x 4mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors with rubber & bitumen washer & fixed to porcelain insulator on wall for down conductor, complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair for GI wire earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead size 6 Sqmm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chase or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to pole or other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, complete all as specified and directed

S & F 40mm bore galvanized steel tubes, 'light grade' ISI marked with all fitting and fixed complete to roof slab / walls / pavement/ ceilings or laid on floors, including taking down old unserviceable pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20mm dia PVC conduit, rigid, non metalic, exclusive of boxes but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for porcelain insulator suitable for fixing of aluminim/copper strip on roof/wall with necessary drilling and providing two Nos screw for each insulator, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: An amount of Rs 54,306.00 on account of Credit Schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
