Labour charges for Laying in trenches Centrifugally Cast (Spun)/ Ductile Iron pressure, socket and spigot pipes Class K9, conforming to IS:8329 - 2000 of the following nominal diameter as per specification complete. (Earthwork in trenches, pipes, specials and fittings to be measured and paid for separately) including cost of all labour, plumber, T&P etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing the fabricted MS structures after cutting, bending, making holes over concrete/ steel work, jointing, welding, bolting as per requirement and Hoisting fabricated structurals, placing in position as per the drawings or as directed with supply of labour and material, machinery, cost of fuel, electrode, gas, consumables hire and running charges of all kind of equipments etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding GST).

Supplying and fixing of 20mm dia 240mm long SS bolts on berth face using HVU (M20 x 170) (foil/tube) chemical as per manufacturing specification for fixing the chemical Anchor bolts by making holes using RCC core cutter/ RCC Drilling Machine of any approved make as per required diameter including supply of all labour, materials, transportation, T&P, all taxes, Port entry fees, elctric expences, scaffolding, providing all safety arrangements for smooth working condition at berth face etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Excluding GST).

Drilling holes for fixing SS Bolt (12mm dia and 250mm long) of required diameter by rotary drills or any approved method, cleaning the holes by blow out pump and with round brushes, grouting the SS Bolt with suitable anchoring adhesive bars with suitable anchoring adhesive resins of any approved make, transporting, hoisting, placing & proper fixing of SS Bolt with cost & expences of all matetials, tools & plants, machineries taxes, tollage including providing barricades to the working area, port entry fees etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding cost of SS Bolt) (Excluding GST).

Providing and engaging Hydra/ Crane (80 tonne lifting capacity) on hour basis for Shifting of Pipes, sewage fittings and any pump house fittings, fixtures laid inside pump house periphery or others required area along with any emergency water supply maintenance related work including hire and running charges of hydra, cost of driver, POL, all taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Driver pass, Machine Entry pass will be borne by the contractor).

Engagement of Tractor for lifting of pipes and fittings along with T&P and labours Shifting of Pipes, sewage fittings and any pump house fittings, fixtures laid inside pump house periphery or others required area with all leads & lifts, supply of all labour, T&P, hire & running charges with cost of fuel and consumables, all taxes etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Excluding GST).

Dismantling of RCC works by Jack hammer or any approved method and disposing the same with supply of all labour, engagement, hire & running charges of all equipments, T&P, all taxes, Port entry fees, providing safety arrangements for workmen, cleaning the site, all transportation etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand : 8 hard granite metal of 40mm & below size Crusher Broken) for Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) including form works made of ply/ steel shutters, hoisting, laying over compacted surface, compacting by any approved means, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper level & gradient, barricading the work site, curing etc. with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, royalties, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees, cost of water, Port entry fees, testing charges of materials, excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate of 20mm to 12mm size crusher broken) of approved quality for RCC work including mixing, hoisting and laying the concrete in position, finished smooth to the exposed surface, consolidating with vibrator where found necessary, curing, etc. all complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering and steel with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. complete, excluding GST in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Rigid and smooth leak proof centering and shuttering for RCC works in slabs including dismantling them after setting with cost of all material, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, gate entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Back filling in foundation trenches by using the excavated material through the water pipe foundation as per requirement within initial lead and lift, leveling, dressing with cost of all labour, T&P, transportation, hire and running charges of all equipments/ machineries, POL, all taxes etc all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of following D.I. pipe & fittings of good quality ….etc. with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, port entry fees, excluding GST, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
