Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation leveling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Applying priming coat : With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Providing, erecting, laying and fixing in position in 3.5 to 4 mm thick bamboo mat corrugated sheet (BMCS) as per IS: 15476-2004 in roofing with self drilling screws along with EPDM washers complete or with galvanized iron J or L hooks 8mm dia G.I. plain and bitumen washers etc, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position ridges of 3.5 to 4 mm thick, width required as per site condition, bamboo mat ridge cap (BMRC) as per IS: 15476-2004 in roofing with self drilling screws along with EPDM washers complete or with galvanized iron J or L hooks 8mm dia G.I. plain and bitumen washers etc, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing floral and ornamental design grey cast iron frieze properly casted disc grinded and pin grinded with smooth surface finish. frieze properly welded to the coloumn / pillar of 200mm dia and also welded its top & bottom portioin with MS tubular section, welding works and other works to be arranged by the contractor. complete frieze shall be spray primered and painted with enamel paint of approved colour and brand complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Payment of M.S. tubular section shall be paid separately).

Providing & fixing floral and ornamental design grey cast iron spandrel each, properly casted, disc grinded and pin grinded for smooth surface finish. Each spandrel welded to the columns / pillar below the frieze. Electricity for welding and grinding works to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Complete spandrel shall be spray primered and painted with enamel paint of approved colour and brand all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in -charge.

Providing and fixing floral and ornamental design grey cast iron base panel as per designs / drawings each. Each cast iron panel having mild steel tubular section at the top & bottom of the frame welded to it and subsequently welded to the coloumn/pillar at both ends with proper grinding of welding marks, electricity for welding and other works to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost, panel proper finished with fillers, spray primered and painted with enamel paint of approved colour and brand all complete as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer - in - charge. ( Payment of M.S. tubular section shall be paid separately).

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

"Providing, placing and fixing of precast concrete chair type bench with back rest. Manufactured from reputated manufacturer such as K.K, Bee-Kay, Nitco, Nimco, Arzoo, Creative, concrete or equivalent by using M-30 grade of concrete using Vibro compaction process and suitable reinforcement to prevent damages during handling transportation execution and long use. The bench consist of 2 Nos L Shape base support in grey cement colour (Thickness- 100 mm, Back height - 1000 mm, front height - 450 mm, Base width620 mm ) and 5 Nos reinforced concrete planks in red colour of size 1500 mm x 100 mm x 50 mm and 1 No. of reinforced concrete plank of size 1500 x 200mm x 50 mm. Reinforcement as per approved drawing. All planks are to be joined together with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size and sealed after assembling the bench complete. The length of the bench 1500 mm. Seat height 450 mm, total height 1000 mm front face of all planks shall be given special coating to make them water proof and glory etc. complete in all suspects and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Chair type bench with back rest). The executive Engineer concerned will collect product specification from any 3 manufacturers and one of them shall be approved by the superintending engineer concerned before providing ad fixing of site."

Dismantling of existing RCC benches including cutting of reinforcement, disposal of debris within 50m lead, stacking and handing over of recovered reinforcement to the contractor, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Deduction of scrap value of reinforcement is included in the item rate.)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Less correction factor on DSR 2023 on account of GST @ 0.973
