Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Extra for dismantling trusses, rafters, purlins etc. of steel work for every additional height of one metre or part thereof beyond 5 metres.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.

Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(High pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately).

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Extra for plastering exterior walls of height more than 10 m from ground level for every additional height of 3 m or part thereof.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing scaffoldings by means of bamboos etc. for welding at a height of floor V level for gutter repairs,replacement of gutter sheets,painting of structural steels etc. including required ropes,nails,planks etc all complete as per the direction of EIC.

Cleaning of structural steel of gutters from rust to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium sheet gutters of 0.56 mm total thickness to existing buildings at a height of 13.50 mtrs. with required screws etc. complete including making necessary holes and connections for rain water pipes complete.

Gutter (600 mm over all girth)

Providing and laying pressed red clay tiles (as per approved pattern and thickness of approved size) on sunshades jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.

Floor painting with floor coat paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :
