Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of Indoor type, wall mounted (with bolts and nuts) meter cabinet of size 1.20(H)mtrx0.9(W)mtrx0.20(D)mtr and made out of 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet with front door having glass window for viewing KWH meter and other doors shall be opeque. All door sholud have neaprene rubber gasket and locking arrangements. The cabinet shall be painted both internally and externally with powder coated paint (shade : RAL 7032 SIEMENS GREY). The cabinet shall be dust and vermin proof with degree of protection IP 43. The cabinet shall be comprising with the following accessories:-

(h) Internal wiring of meters / MCB / Cable connector shall be carried out with 10Sqmm copper conductor unsheathed, multistranded, PVC insulated, 1100volts grade, single core cable of standard colour code for phase & neutral including necessary lugs /nuts /bolts / washers etc. (i) LED phase indicating lamps (RYB) with control MCB (SP-2Amps) - 3Nos. Note:- (i) Rate deemed to be inclusive of disconnection/ reconnection of existing incoming/ outgoing cables/ wires complete.

Taking down ceiling fan, with blades and refixing ceiling fan after completion of re-wiring and connecting up by cleaning / oiling etc including provision of 3core flexible round cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for road cutting to lay LT UG cable including making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Returing, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling river sand to the full width of trenches for protection of cables including spreading and punning down including watering consolidation complete all as specified. Note:- Punned thickness shall only measured.

Supplying and laying bricks common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 laid in trenches across the trench over the cable as cable protection complete all as directed.

M&L for Tubes, 'light grade' galvanised 40mm dia, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors / trenches / pole complete all as specified and directed.
